The Machli Molee, a Bengali specialty, was simply amazing, showcasing the region's renowned expertise in fish curries. The Lamb Chops offered a unique twist with the addition of mustard, delivering flavors unlike any I've experienced before. The Seyal Shank was equally impressive, exuding top-quality taste and tenderness. The service was exceptional, with Manager Ali Jr. standing out for his attentiveness and knowledge. He effortlessly provided information on each dish and graciously addressed all my inquiries, making the dining experience truly memorable. I couldn't have asked for a better waiter. This restaurant comes highly recommended for its outstanding cuisine and impeccable service. I would love to regularly visit”

“First time tried this restaurant. We have ordered food to pick up. The waiting time was only 10 mins, very quick. The staff was nice and friendly, gge place looked like really tidy on our collection. The food was piping hot. We had salt and pepper chips and ribs with curry sauce. I think it was the best takeaway meal near and far - regarding the food we had ordered. The curry wasn't too spicy or blank, just excellent! The ribs were also great, even the chips!!! Congratulations. Only one thing is the size of the portion. We ordered a food to share but wasn't too big to be honest. Even though.. If you like this king of meal, definitely worth a try! Free car park in front of the business, also great location, 3 mins drive from Bootle Stand Station (or approximately 10 minutes walk (300yds)”

“Been here a few times now and the food has always been delicious, the staff more so the women are very nice. We had the sirloin steak and chips , it was cooked to perfection and very flavoursome, chips were very nice too and the blue cheese sauce. We booked in advance and glad we did as it was starting to get busy around 4pm.”

“We went on a Saturday night, it was extremely busy and the restaurant was quite noisy. We waited some time for our main courses but the food was faultless when it did arrive. My partner waited over 10 minutes for a second drink. We will be back but we will probably get takeaway or visit on a less busy evening next time.”

“We loved this place in the Albert Dock in Liverpool. We had the Pad Thai and Massaman beef curry. They were both great. The place was bouncing at 8.30 on a Sunday night so the atmosphere was great! This is somewhere we would definitely go back to!”

“We recently visited one of the most authentic Thai restaurants around, and it was fantastic. The service was very quick, the staff were friendly, and the food was genuinely authentic Thai cuisine. The fish cakes were the proper Asian type, not the usual British ones. The tom yum was full of flavor, and both the pad thai and the cashew chicken were excellent.The portions were amazing. We had the lunch set, which included two starters and a main for only £15/ £16 per person. The portions were very generous, even for us, and we can eat a lot! It's definitely worth your money, the food is authentic, and it's worth trying and coming back to.”

Jon on Concierge was fantastic — polite, attentive, and always checking that we had everything we needed. Paul in the restaurant gave us such warm and friendly service at breakfast, making sure every detail was taken care of. We also dined in the restaurant in the evening, and the food was truly sublime — a huge compliment to the chefs for a wonderful meal. A special thank you to Rebekah for the beautiful anniversary card left in our room, and to the chef who prepared a personalised anniversary cake for us. These thoughtful touches made our celebration even more memorable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and a real credit to the hotel. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the Pullman Hotel Liverpool. We are already looking forward to our next visit!”
