“I spent a lovely 3 nights here whilst I was in Manchester for a school reunion. The hotel is in a good location and close to the station with direct trains to Manchester airport. The room was excellent with plenty of space and a great view. It was very clean and well serviced every day. A bonus was the fridge and selection of drinks. There was a great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. I would like to give a big thank you to the guys in the bar, Cameron, Lennox and Eden for making the most amazing cocktails and for being very hospitable hosts. In fact all the restaurant staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. My only complaint would be the cold plates for the cooked breakfast, but the great coffee and pastries did make up for it.”

“Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!”

Plus she had the skill to handle our boisterous puppy. We walked away with a suitable harness - happy dog owners and a relaxed puppy. The shop also holds a free puppy get together every Saturday which is great fun. The shop has been a great discovery. :)”

He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. I thoroughly recommend Lovi Pet Hotel to really look after your cats - an outstanding cattery who really love cats. Thank you.”

Quick speedy pick up and got us to our destination quickly whilst making us feel at ease. Nothing is too much bother and he is a genuine lovely man who provides a personal service as he remembers you and your furry friend(s) .Another time I needed Pete to take me to the vets, he unfortunately wasn't available but sorted me a Taxi out with one of his friends at a different firm that didn't mind transporting dogs.
