“Went into the Farnham Clark store today as my daughters school shoes were so uncomfortable she couldn't wear them. I was worried the £30 I had paid would have been wasted as she briefly wore them outside. However, the lovely girl that served us spent a long time figuring out what style comfortably suited my daughters foot shape and I was given an exchange with free insoles for a better fit of the new shoes. Thank you very much, a brilliant service and a fantastic pair of comfortable school shoes for my child.”

“I'm so sorry that I lost my receipt as I really wanted to commend the lady that served me. I purchased 1 fila stockless and another trainer. She showed me how to best look after my Fila trainer and even sold me the innersole. I even asked for a spray on my second pair. The point about the above was simply the best customer experience. Deichmann have a very good and knowledgeable employee who served me. Store was clean, bright and well organised unlike it's nearby competitor I think I have been coming to Deichmann Newbury for the last 3 years as a result”

“Visited the Clarks shop in Camberley today for the last minute emergency school shoes shopping. There were two shop assistants and they were both serving other clients so had to wait for one of them assistants. Me and my kid were served after actual opening hours (17.30), the shop assistant was so friendly and helpful, she saved my sanity. Although the actual styles were quite limited, she found the perfect match for my boy. She didn't just tried to sell anything, she actually looked at what he needed and what would be the best. Thanks to this lady, unfortunately I don't know her name, but I'm very sure will meet her again next time we need school shoes!”

“I went shopping yesterday. Although I didn’t buy anything Eva was very helpful and I will be back as soon as pay day arrives! She was very convincing! I would 100% recommend not only for the clothes but how kind Eva was! I nearly bought low rise baggy jeans and a jacket which I for sure will be back to buy! Dom was full of enthusiasm and knowledge about fit , purpose and care of shoes so made the experience painless and cheerful after a hard afternoon of school uniform shopping. Nice bright air conditioned shop & bonus was teenagers old shoes were taken for proper recycling at same time as he wore the new ones home. Will definitely return .”

“This shop has lots of shoes, for ladies, men, children and lots of bags. Unfortunately we didn't buy anything today becausewe couldn't find what we were looking for. It's a big spaious and airy. Alessia was incredibly helpful and patient with me, and spent a lot of time helping me try on many different shoes, including a lot of weird sizing requests, as apparently I don't know my own foot size, and digging out the matching pair for display shoes which I found more comfortable. I came, expecting to browse and consider my options for future purchase, as I'm very indecisive and have weirdly shaped feet. I left, very happy, with two pairs of shoes, due to exceptional customer service.”

Staff were very friendly with ordering for collection in store as they were out of stock. “Big store which is great as there are not many New Look around UK and many have been closed, please keep it open! I love shopping there. I don't really like the fact they now they only do e-receipts which can cause issues but this is a New Look thing. My internet connection wasn't working when I made a initially purchase and then realised afterwards that my student discount was not put in by one of the staff members or perhaps a glitch. I went in the following week and one of the staff members kindly sorted this out for me. Erin showed me 5* customer service and made my shopping experience good and will definitely be coming back for that reason. Thank you Erin. :)”

“Always find a bargain or two here, whether clothing or household. Ironing is my least favourite job and the bedding bought here is a dream, wash dry & back on the bed without creasing. Not tumble dried. Always get complimented on my dresses purchased here too, fit true to size.”
