They took time out of their busy schedule to try and track down a prescription that was supposed to have been sent over before end of business. They checked and double checked only to discover St Francis Surgery had not sent it over. No one was available on Reception at St Francis, three of us waiting in queue. Eventually someone turned up and was told it will be sent over tomorrow. Communication is key!”
