    “I used the click and collect service at Marks & Spencer Solihull Sears Retail Park for the first time recently, and I have to say I was really impressed. The whole process was so smooth and straightforward. You simply scan your code at the self-service point, and within a few minutes my parcel was brought out to me. No queues, no waiting around, and no confusion it just worked exactly as it should. What really stood out was how efficient and organised the whole setup felt. Sometimes click and collect can be a bit of a hassle at other stores, with long waits or staff who don’t seem to know where your order has gone. But here, it was quick, simple, and stress-free. The staff were polite and friendly too, which always makes the experience nicer. It’s such a convenient service, especially when you don’t have time to browse the store or wait in long checkout lines. I’ll definitely be using it again in the future, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a fast, easy way to pick up their order without the fuss. Really pleased with the service.”

When I needed to return items but needed more help, they went out of their way to help me track down the purchase details in the system using only the limited information I could provide. They were incredibly patient throughout the entire process, without a hint of blame or frustration. Their professionalism, experience, and the trust and support they showed made me feel both grateful and a bit guilty for the trouble I caused.     “I was waiting in que when I saw young lady bought much heavier box than she thought. She did not have a coin for a trolley. But Stuart the manager got his wallet out and gave customer a coin. Now that's great service. I was lucky enough to be served by Stuart I had done a click and collect for bp machine. Sadly the web site showed machine was with it. But not end off world had full refund and then found one with machine and cuff. It was so refreshing to find put standing service. A credit to argos company Free parking. Easy access to argos inside sainsburys”
