“I would just like to say as a regular customer to your cafe in your kidderminster branch how much it has improved in the last few weeks and that is down to the staff that are there at the moment. Especially Raphael and a young man who are currently there, they are polite, friendly and efficient. I think you should advertise it more over the tannoy and give some special offers, its a big comfortable space but is not currently being used to its full potential.”

“Visited today to have a bra fitting. Age 25, I felt nervous and embarrassed by not knowing my size. Grace was absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease, was very supportive of my feelings towards different styles of bra and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything that wasn’t right for me / that I didn’t want. She listened to my concerns over tightness and explained sister sizes, meaning I was able to adjust to my comfort but still have a bra that fits. She is welcoming, friendly, bubbly and so good at her job. She was my own hype woman and made me feel so good. She’s a credit to the store and I now feel super comfortable and confident getting a bra fitted.”

“The Range is a really nice place for all things Home. I have been here before many times too, and recently went to buy a gift for family. I wanted to get a decor piece but I didn't really have anything in mind. But they had such a variety of things and different prices too! Different types of lamps, chandeliers, artifical trees with led lights, frames mimicking resin art, and so much more with reasonable price options available. It was difficult to pick one thing due to all the options that were available. But definitely a good place to get Home and DIY related things.”

It's a reminder that TKMAXX continues to be a destination for those in search of designer deals, even amidst changes. I hope to see this location thrive again in the future.”
