“Overall a nice place with good coffee. It does need to be re designed as where the till is, people are walking through the door, trying to order their drinks, pay, then move over to stand in the queue to collect their drinks whilst other people are trying to leave the shop. It can be chaos when the shop is busy, it should really be looked at and re designed. The merchandise can also be hit and miss with not much of an option at times!!”

“I will start by saying that I am a coffee lover and this Starbucks in probably one of the best. The coffee is always amazing and the staff are just the best. Little to say that my dog loves it as well and it became part of our morning routine to stop and have well deserved coffee and papuccino.”

“Fantastic Staff. Great selection. They are constantly working. The gentleman who does security regularly being friendly is a nice entry. If you need anything the staff will try to help. Security is only there from a previous incident years ago. Nothing to worry about. Great to have this staff there.”

“My mother and myself went for afternoon tea last Saturday. Service was excellent; everyone from the Maître d' to all the wait staff were lovely and attentive. We were accommodated even though we didn't have a booking. For afternoon tea in such a beautiful location, the price was very reasonable. The only thing I miss is the unlimited champagne option they used to have. We will be back.”

“A review for the opticians. Have been using for the last 8 years or so and went recently for eye test and was picked up an issue with my eye. Was very thorough and managed to get a appointment at St Peters eye section the following day. The attention given by her (didnt get her name) at the eye test was fantastic amd thorough. A credit to Asda.”

“I’ve been to this branch of Starbucks a couple of times recently and it’s been great. My friend is disabled, so parking is very convenient as there are Blue Badge parking spaces directly outside. Access is easy too. The staff are all friendly and you don’t feel rushed, even when it’s near closing time. One outstanding member of staff we encountered was Elaine, the manager, who is incredibly friendly, warm and kind. She was extremely considerate and helpful towards my friend, who needed to access the toilet. Elaine made sure she could navigate her way to the toilet safely and that there were no obstructions in her way. On our way out, just as the shop was closing, Elaine cheerfully called out to say goodbye, which was a lovely touch. It’s warm, friendly and helpful staff members like Elaine who contribute to a positive experience when visiting a coffee shop. Thank you Elaine. You’re an asset to Starbucks. Update: When I first encountered Elaine, I mistakenly thought she was the cleaner as she was mopping the floor. On my next visit she told me that she was actually the manager and had found my post hugely amusing. This just shows what a wonderful sense of humour Elaine has! It also shows how the manager is prepared to do any task that is required.”

“Went for a meal with the family today and we were very, very happy! The food was amazing (we had sharing antipasti, pizza, pasta & sea bass - all of which we were very happy with), even the little one loved her food. The service was great - Giuseppe and the rest of the team were helpful and very attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely. Would highly recommend Carluccio’s Bluewater for a great dining experience :)”

The management company provides a high standard of service, and the staff, from the concierge team (including Emily, Sophie, and Gio) to the Quay club staff (such as Mate and Adam), as well as the housekeeping and maintenance team, are all highly skilled and enthusiastic.I have personally interacted with Sara, the operations manager, regarding various issues and feedback, and she has been extremely helpful, collaborative, and always strives to find ways to improve the resident experience through email communication and the weekly drop-in sessions.”

I visited Bar + Block in Sutton and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jessie, who was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. Jessie anticipated our needs effortlessly and made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. She knew the menu inside out and gave spot on recommendations. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet genuinely personable, she really elevated the entire dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious, everything was cooked to perfection. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Jessie again.”

“We were recommended by a friend and we can have Ghanian food. We visited before and this time was much better experience. We visited on Friday night and place was packed. Food was excellent ! Ordered tilapia & Banku. Tilapia was huge and fresh. I had the best chicken Suya ever had. Foods was delicious. Drinks was good. Friendly atmosphere. It is good that starts pay by card which is easier as customers. We are lucky to find here in Woolich. Highly recommended.”

“The Hub has by far the best served pint in Debden. I was there for a post wedding ceremony get together and the quality of service and beer was top notch. Awesome value for money also. “Massive superstore with every conceivable item you could possibly ever want ranging from frozen food to fresh fruit and vegetables to clothes and tableware and more I really like the fact that within this store there is a McDonalds. Lottery Kiosk, Hair Salon, Card and Gift Shop, Dry Cleaning and toilets. Also the staff here are so friendly, polite and helpful which made a really enjoyable shopping experience. Huge car park with plenty of free parking and a petrol station too. Highly recommended.”

Been multiple times and seen the abuse the staff receive from entitled customers, ignore the 1 star reviews of this place it's just rude people crying because they didn't get their way (stores have rules and policies people!!). “We stayed at the Premiere Inn next to this restaurant. The food was excellent. Not one complaint about the food from any of us. The waitress was helpful and kept our drinks topped up. Definitely recommend the place. We also had breakfast. The full English was fresh and well presented. You could also help yourself to cereal, Toast and crumpets, fruit and juices, yoghurts. Spot on!”
