“Been there few times and when I happen to stay in that area it's always my first choice. The location is perfect: 4 minutes walking distance from West Kensigton tube station and 7 minutes from Barons Court; 1 minute away from a very busy and lively road with restaurants, shops and bars but at the same time you have no problem sleeping at night as the studios themselves are in a very quiet residential road. The rooms are nice and cosy, defo worth way more than what they charge. The ladies who run the place are super nice and whenever there is any issue, no matter how minor it is, they handle it and sort it out straight away.”

The bathroom is small. “Hotel is close to metro station and bus stations, so very easy to get in to city centre. The room was small and not as clean as I would expect but I really like the view from the top floor and atmosphere of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and clean so we have a nice sleep and that's important. For me the best was roof terrace next to our room. Best place in hotel. Amazing views on London at any time of a day. I love it. All staff in a hotel was friendly and polite, they serve as nice, tasty english breakfast. If I got chance I would go back because of that hidden roof terrace and atmosphere of the hotel.”

“Absolutely brilliant hotel. Stayed for 1 night and we enjoyed the whole experience. Fantastic location, lovely interior, superb staff, clean surroundings, the room although slightly small, did not spoil our time, supplied with a range of tea and coffee, water in a bottle and lovely chocolate. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was out of this world, spoiled for choice with a huge range of varieties including continental and a full English breakfast plus so much more. Nobody watches what you eat and you can Absolutely enjoy everything if you have the appetite. I would stay here again, thoroughly good stay.”

Sure, the breakfast is basic (beans, eggs, sausage) but its cooked fresh by friendly staff as you show up. The hallways are quite dated and need renovation, but they are currently in the process of renovation. Our room was newly renovated and our experience in general was great.”

“Please don't let bad reviews put you off!! My friend and I booked the room the night before travelling up to London, cheap hotel split between us. We chanced our luck to check in early and was greeted by a lovely lady on the door who gave us access to our room. Room is a good size, clean in all areas absolutely no complaints. Decent shower, fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Towels provided aswell. Perfect if you need a comfortable bed and want good value for money. 10 minute walk to Dartford Station, a shop next door and loads of decent takeaways nearby.”

Room upgraded at no extra cost. Only 2 of us but gave an extra bed ;). And so kind enough to give us a downstairs ensuite and a cup of tea. Facilities were extraordinary and lovely homey vibe.
