“Great stay ..lovely staff helped in every possible way.will come soon”
“We came from Turkey as a family of three. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was amazing—very close to the metro station, which made it super easy to get around. The neighborhood was calm and safe, so we felt very comfortable during our stay. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful—so kind, friendly, and helpful. We had a lovely, peaceful two-week holiday. We were really happy with the service and so glad to have met you. For our next trip to London, we’ll definitely choose the same hotel again without hesitation. And thank you so much for the thoughtful gift—it truly made us happy. We sincerely thank you for everything!”
“The reception guy was very polite and helpful The rooms were clean and tidy The location was excellent very near from tube station and national express buses plus many restaurants and bakeries around I would definitely recommend it”

“The staff were exceptional in helping me when I really needed it, and for that im truly thankful. The hotel has nice enough rooms for what you would expect at the price point including a fridge, cooking facilities, and a smart tv hooked up ready to go. The area is nice and the people seem friendly and helpful. There are lots of nice shops as well as the regulars aka Mac Donald’s costa etc.”
“Very central location, next to Paddington station and tube, overlooking a nice small park from our little balcony. 10' walk from Hyde Park. Very helpful receptionists. Very clean and tidy room. Breakfast had all what we really needed. Was relieved to see two new pairs of hotel slippers were supplied along with towels as we had forgotten ours. Free on street parking and easy to find a spot opposite the hotel. There was a dedicated scooter and e-bike right there and we regretted it looking for one at Hyde Park. Cannot wait to visit again.”
“Everything I expected. I knew it would be small, but I'm on holiday so it was really only for sleeping and a base to come back to. I spent 10 days and had not one issue. I was given a top floor room at the back and it was very quiet. There was no table or chair, but if I brought dinner home I just used the ironing board. Easy. McGlynn' s free house is just over and is a good place to meet locals and visitors alike. The majority of underground lines are just up the road, excellent for getting around. I would recommend staying here as long as you aren't going to sit in the room all day. I would stay here again.”
“I could spend nice time at the hotel, their English breakfast was nice!! and my room had small kitchen , nice bath room. since it was near the station , convenient to go to shopping and take the tube.”
“The King,s Cross Hotel is a great budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a central London location. Its proximity to King's Cross St. Pancras station makes it ideal for exploring the city. While the rooms may be on the smaller side, they are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.”
“The purpose of the vacation was to visit London so this hotel meets our priorities. great location as we visited almost everything by foot. Great prices considering the location. The hotel is over 100 years old so you can call it vintage but the rooms are under needed renovations. The bathroom was perfect and the staff is very friendly, especially Afaq who advised us about visiting some places.”
“I Really enjoyed my stay, I will be using the hotel again for business trips, good location close to Kings Cross. There is a good cafe next door for all day breakfasts.”
“Lovely environment and ambience and staff are very nice and helpful with everything and they really go out there way to make your stay perfect..rooms are pristine and everything is as you would expect and location is spot on with good parking will definitely stay again without any doubt.”
“Visited this place to try out the food and was blown away by this little unassuming spot. The food featured Sri Lankan styled menu with and explosion of taste and authenticity. I didn’t stay in the hotel so can’t rate the hotel but the food! OMG! It was amazing! I’m just annoyed that my belly couldn’t take in anymore. Food was buffet styled and there was a reasonably stocked bar. I can happily say that I would remember this place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the food.”
“Nice comfortable room. The only thing there wasn't any plugs near the bed. Considering it's located just off of a main road it was quiet at night. Very helpful friendly staff many thanks to Laura for being so welcoming. Will definitely stay again.”
“I've personally decided to give this place a five star review. Despite all the recent negative ones. This is due to the very reasonable price for such a handy location. Not exactly the Ritz, however I got everything I wanted, Shower, Toiletries, Coffee making facilities, WiFi etc. Back home if you got a B&B in the middle of nowhere for that price equivalent in euros, it would be a good deal I can tell you!”
“Excellent place to stay. I went to London for meetings and work and I really liked this place. Very comfortable place, room and bed, and reasonable prices which is much appreciated. There is a fridge available in each room and it was really quiet, I slept really well. There are 3 Wi-Fi connections, it was great to work remotely. Additionally the location is well connected with the Metro line, I will definitely come back again. Congratulations!”
“Stayed over as was attending an awards ceremony round the corner… Quick check in… Room had everything I needed… Bed was comfy and room was clean… Bathroom nice and shower had power… House keeping got me an iron and ironing board on request right away… Peaceful night… Perfect if you’re just looking for a room for a recent sleep in the heart of London…”
“I've been few times at this hotel and is good. Nice and clean. There is a free private parking for the guests of the back of the hotel. Big restaurant and tables outside at the back. The receptionist is a nice guy. This hotel is good at all, but you can see my video on YouTube. Just search for Bridge Park Hotel, 16 Hillside, Brent, London, NW10 8BN - 25.06.2025”
“I was a little worried after reading previous reviews, but I needn't have been! Short walk from the station, greeted very warmly by Alizay who was an absolute joy. Given a choice of floors, so opted for 6 as figured it would be quiet. This is the business floor... Room was spotless, even a bit of a view from the window. No issues with getting in late after a gig, key card worked fine. I felt safe as a woman on my own. Comfy bed, great shower, and no rush to check out the next morning. Another lovely gent on reception. Would definitely stay again, easy quick walk to go look at some of the sights. Really can't find fault for the price.”

“Was a bit sceptical about staying here after seeing previous reviews but the room was just what I needed, it was super clean and really central. Looks as though it’s been freshly decorated, they were hospitable and allowed earlier check in on request via WhatsApp”
“I've been to this hotel twice, separate years and I think the experience is good enough for the low prices. I love the location too, the streets are calm and you even have lots of stuff to do close to the hotel. The staff is nice, helpful and polite, the rooms where you stay are from an old neighbourhood so if you want to see how the classic english houses were, this is your chance. See you again in a few years!!! I will always come back!!”
“We stayed in a Travelodge, a Premier Inn, a bed and breakfast, and the Alexandra during our trip to England. This was by far the best experience we had. Everything was great, from the location convenient to Paddington, the historic neighborhood, the old charm with modern conveniences, beds, the helpfulness, the breakfast, the cleanliness… etc. I don’t think you can do better in England at this price point. They even let us leave our bags for the day since our flight got in early and we wanted to do some sightseeing before our check in time.”
“Paul and the team were extremely helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend that anyone who is the keen at any venue to come to this particular venue and meet with Paul and the team. If I was to do another event, I would happily come and see Paul again. Many thanks Bela and Jazz”
