“Oranos Restaurant Review I have been to this restaurant several times previously. Only once by my own choosing the rest of the visits resulted from friendly invites. Sadly every time I was disappointed with the food quality. And again, I was invited by my family to visit the restaurant on Sunday 13th. Although the restaurant was modestly busy it did look like the ambiance had gone down somewhat which was very noticeable. Tired tables and decor. Glasses and jugs unwashed on the bar and so on. This time when I read the menu I noticed (unlike before) it was divided between Pakistani and Afghani dishes. Previously I only ate Pakistani dishes and the results were always disappointing. So now I had decided to eat something unexpected and different. Because it was an Afghan restaurant that was the obvious choice. Anyway, my latest experience was amazing. I ate the Afghani food, it was like an enlightening moment. The food was excellent and plentiful. Each dish had its own unique Afghani flavour and quality. The nans were massive, a little tough but enjoyable. We all throughly enjoyed our experiences and took home what little food was left. I would certainly recommend the afghani food in this place and stay away from the poorly cooked Pakistani food. I am hoping to visit this place again very soon.”

“Went for breakfast with Santa. It was set up really well and you could do things at your own pace which was good. The food selection was good with tea and coffee included. All if the staff were really lovely but Julie really went above and beyond for us :)”

“Not visited for a while but enjoyed our meal although the accompanying veg/potatoes with the salmon were a little oily. My husband enjoyed his steak and the chips were dry and crisp. Evie our waitress was cheerful and friendly and efficient checking we had everything we required. Good value for money.”

“Hello! This is Ella, we had a reservation today and it went wonderfully. We was a full group with 13 people including some with health and mental issues. They accommodated us perfectly, ensuring we was okay, giving us our food just in time and helping when we needed it. They were very kind and the food was absolutely divine, every piece being enjoyed by everyone in the group even the pickiest of eaters. Thank you all for the great service and food!”

“Took my mother for early mother's day. She's very piccy and we have very different tastes in both pubs and food, however, we were all very satisfied with both the food and service. The new menu is great. We had the gnocchi, chicken tikka kebabs, fish and chips and chicken burger. All tasted great and the service was great - the team are very helpful, especially with me faffing about deciding!”

“Had my friends birthday dinner here, we asked for a birthday surprise and they brought out a brownie with a candle for him which was a lovely gesture. The service was excellent, milkshake & the food was too die for, those peanut butter burgers are a must try! The wait time was super quick for 7 people ordering, we were surprised. “20/20 - Brilliant Afternoon Tea Experience for Two 5/5 Decor 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Food 5/5 Service Really liked the decor, set a nice scene, wasnt too busy and was very close to the loads of parking lots. The tea itself was nice and traditional, we opted for Ice Lattees as the weather was hot and they were fanstatic. The service was fast, friendly and attentive just as you expect from Hilton. There were also a small selection of board games, which was a really nice touch as we ended up playing snakes and ladders and having a really good time. Would I return - Yes !”

“Had a lovely all you can eat breakfast for my birthday and the staff looked after us so well. My friend and I visited with our babies and they helped us with high chairs and fetching drinks and food from the buffet for us while we were breastfeeding which was such a huge help. Our eyes were too big for our bellies but they very kindly provided us with take away boxes so we didn’t have any waste. We ordered some Prosecco to have with our orange juice and when they heard it was my birthday they gave it to us on the house. Fantastic service, will definitely be back again!”

“One of our favorite local pubs! We've always had a wonderful time here with friends and family. The food is lovely, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There’s even a soft play area in the next room, making it perfect for kids-couldn’t be better. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even went out of their way to assist me when I had a car issue the other day. Highly recommended!”

“I stay at the Premier next door regularly for work. I always find the food excellent - apart from a poor meal on Father's Day but it was manic and we all have bad days. I had a fillet steak last night and it was absolutely amazing. It's one of the few places where a medium rare actually comes to you as a medium rare and the meat was sublime. Staff are always helpful and cheerful and it just has a nice, homely vibe. Highly recommended”

“Met Reece on two occasions now- the first time it was his first shift this time the second, just Thursday passed - must be three months as this is the frequency I tend to pass via work - and I just have to leave a review- Reece has notably excelled in all aspects of service - I remembered him from his first shift where I gave him some advice as he was noticeably nervous - which is why I happen to notice the fine young man in front of me this week- Reece not only remembered me too but we had a short conversation around how he now feels now in comparison to that short time ago, so kudos toBurger King and kudos to Reece!
