“I don't normally leave reviews but thought that this was necessary. The quality that of the food we collected was better than me and my family expected. The chicken was crisp and juicy, the noodles were soft and delicious with the curry sauce adding the final touch to my evening meal. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm, so when we were unsure on what we initially wanted to order we felt no rush or pressure. The service was was quick and we didn't have to wait long at all to receive our food at all. If you were to ask me my new go to Chinese restaurant then it will obviously be The Chef in Castle Brom. They can expect to see me again on the weekend.”

The meat was tender and the karahis were saucy and full of flavour, the ambience of the restaurant is amazing no loud long ques, very family friendly and they also have parking outside, we came for brothers birthday and everybody loved the food. “What can i say about our wedding here on 29th July 2022..wow ..amazing. magical..best day of our lives..we booked 2 years ago and due to covid it was pushed back..during this time the hotel had new management and we had seen a couple of negative comments so called and asked for a meeting..all our worries were talked through and we were put at ease..then we booked an appt to meet the new wedding planner pippa 2 weeks before the wedding and knew instantly that she was totally on the ball..she did not let us down her communication was fantastic and she did everything possible to make our day so special..we had no hiccups and everything ran like clockwork. The only slight niggle would be the queue for the bar but we did have a large wedding so maybe at the next large wedding another bar team member would help..but all in all our day was perfect and we wouldn't change a single minute of it. The team worked so hard and made our day special. Thank you to all the staff”

“Me and my family came here and it was great. Once we entered we sat and the waiter was so kind. We ordered and he communicated very well. Whilst waiting for our order to come out we saw a pair of people come in. One of them was gluten free and had an allergy he was very helpful and gave them an allergy book in case she needed it and he was patient with her when ordering. The service here is amazing. Unfortunately i didn't get his name. Then the starters came out quite fast and it was nice we got the mozzarella sticks and they were fresh and not too hot but had honey on them which put me off the taste a but. Then the food came out and overall it was a great experience and would definitely come again.”

“Went in for a quick smack the aloo parathas were extremely soft and tasty very hot when served. Aloo gobi parathas were nice too served with tummy creamy yogurt and some pickle. The food itself is intense in flavour throughout the individual dishes. The curry is so rich in flavour. Tonight's dish for me was Singapore Fried rice, and Hot and Spicy chips and curry sauce, as shown in my image. I don't have to say to much more, as the picture of the dish speaks for itself.
