“Cleanliness on point! Have mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron with iron stand, drier in rooms. I was pleased to find the guest house in the exact same way as the photos the owners had posted online. The bathroom is squeaky clean and gets cleaned everyday. The person who welcomed me took my heavy suitcase to the second floor without even my asking for help. He was very nice and patiently showed me how the locks worked. The view is really good from my window. You are left alone to live in peace however you want. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone planning to travel to liverpool.”

“Nice little place. For a budget price. Host is very nice. Freindly and met us on arrival. Nice comfy bed and sofa. We stayed in the loft apartment. It had its own kitchen and bathroom. We took the dogs. Its got some great parks with lakes near by. Just within 5 min drives. There's a patch of green outside to. For them to go to when in need. Buses run often and it takes no time to get into town. We used a no 75 straight to the liverpool 1 central station. Great place. If you drive. Take a trip to Crosby beach. Its only 20 mins away. I would recommend this place to stay. Enjoy”
