“Stayed recently at Oxford House for the weekend with friends and had a fantastic experience. Staff were friendly throughout the check-in process, explaining what was required. The apartment itself was fantastic, plenty of space for us as a group with all the amentities we'd expect in a serviced accommodation. You're also spoilt for choice with bars and restaurants as the location is perfect in the city centre.”

The food is great and those who work there are amazing. It is good to go to a shop where you know everyone and they know you. “We had a wonderful stay at the Village Hotel Chester St. David’s! Holly at reception was incredibly kind and understanding — she helped us change the dates of our stay due to illness, which we really appreciated. Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The food deals were fantastic, especially with the app discounts — excellent value for money and great quality. Breakfast was brilliant too — plenty of choice, fresh, and tasty with something for everyone. Overall, a really lovely experience with great service and great people. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Great stay, super basic for one night. You get what you pay for double bed, shower and a desk. Stayed for a concert, got to keep my bags there for me to go shopping, staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is like a Maze lifts and stairs everywhere. Good luck after a few drinks ha! “The Groom Room are located inside pets at home and provide great service. I took my dog there and he had the best cut he has ever had. The staff where friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions on the procedure. The cost was £45 which was quite high but if you register a card at the main tills you receive your 5th cut free so the cost balances out eventually. Overall I had one happy pooch and will definitely book again. Due to the current pandemic appointment dates are approx 3 weeks wait so book early.”

Beyond the excellent service, I was truly impressed by the quality of the hotel's facilities. The gym and pool were both fantastic and well-maintained, which was a huge bonus. It's clear the hotel invests in providing a top-notch experience for its guests. Overall, it was a truly great experience from start to finish.
