It’s come in at 6pm one of the staff Members called Me as she passes my house on the way home and said don’t worry we’ve got it all drop It off, plus she brought daughters too. AMAZING SERVICE . “I stayed here recently with my daughter while on a rugby tour from Australia. We absolutely loved it here, the rooms were clean and nice comfy beds. The staff couldn't do enough for us and always friendly. The grounds were so beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in four hotels while on tour and this hotel was without doubt the best by far. “Had a lovely time at the hotel and the staff are so lovely and friendly, especially the breakfast staff that were there this morning. I visited the spa during my stay and had a back massage from therapist Michelle and it was absolutely incredible. The best massage I have ever had! I think her hands must be magic and she was absolutely lovely as well. I was so relaxed afterwards. It would be worth coming back just to have that massage again. Will definitely stay again…it’s a charming place.”

“Great hotel on the outskirts of Chester. Approx 15 min drive to the zoo, Cheshire oaks and Chester city centre. Was slightly worried after booking as read some reviews that didn't rate this hotel but we found it great. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Bar area nice, breakfast and bar food we had very tasty. Room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the room door not working properly but the handy man arrived promptly and sorted very quickly. Pool and gym facilities looked lovely but didn't use on this occasion. Would stay again.”

“We arrived here for a one night stay over the bank holiday weekend and we're greeted by a very friendly lady on reception. We had a nice big room with a fridge, kettle, hair dryer, bath and TV. Facilities like, very big communal space for friends and family, common kitchen to cook or heat the food. Bus stops outside the hotel for city center. Staff very informative, supportive and friendly. They charge you £100 per night deposit which they will return you as soon as you check out, if the room condition is as it is, and no damages. Highly recommend place for overnight stay.”
