From the moment I walked in, every member of staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the whole visit so much more enjoyable. I was looking to make a few purchases and wasn’t entirely sure what would suit my needs best, but the staff were fantastic. They took the time to guide me through all the options, answered all my questions patiently, and gave me honest, helpful advice without any pressure. It really felt like they were genuinely there to help, not just to sell. Thanks to their support, I left the store confident with my purchases and very happy with the service. If you're looking for a place with great customer service and knowledgeable staff, I’d highly recommend visiting this Currys branch in Hayes.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Currys Enfield a couple of weeks ago, whilst buying a fridge. We were served by Abdul-10/10-Abdul. He was courteous, knowledgable and accommodating. His kindness went down a treat with my family and I. Even when the till upstairs was not able to do what was needed, he escorted us downstairs and ensured we completed our transaction and gave us all of our paperwork with additional information. He is an amazing employee and we just want to say thank you once again for the amazing service!”

Recyle / re-use: Thank you to the sweety who, rather than throw out a WORKING, slick (looked almost brand new) slimline Dell keyboard into a rubbish bin, donated it to Brixton British Heart Foundation. I am using it and thoroughly enjoying it - thank you. (Oops, my last keyboard, I ... spilt Cava on it :( Do Donate: It's a crying shame that cool functional stuff is thrown out into bins - electricals wont degrade in landfills. I spent two painful years clearing out my family home in Edinburgh, and tried to donate as much as possible which could be resalable at charity shops (in particular the British Heart Foundation as my mother died of heart failure :( or gave suitable items to charities which supported homeless people entering new homes. But fair play, I appreciate charity shops have a max capacity that they can store / "shelf" space. Brixton British Heart Foundation Staff: I have always found them v helpful (they even tested the keyboard) and uber sweet (thank you). British Heart Foundation ebay store: I so hear the discontent on this. It's pants that one may see something cool in a BHF shop but it has been allocated for an e-bay sale (I've bitten my lip as I appreciate that the BHF wish to gain as much profit for their cause). Some Brixton Items not up for Charity Shops: In my shared forecourt I see so much stuff being dumped into our shared industrial sized waste bins which will go into landfill and not degrade. Electricals, if it's not up for being resold at Brixton British Heart Foundation then try discarding electricals at Brixton Currys. Clothes - At one time TK Maxx, H&M had clothes recycling bins not sure if they are still there. There our "clothes2 containers outside Tescos. On my way to Brixton Tesco, I look forward to my next Brixton BHF visit to see what gem I might discover. ps Goldstar to the persons who reply to BHF Google Review comments - that's always a great reflector of a "brand's" good engagement with customers.”

“Been using Magnet Kensington for over 10 years and have dealt with Mr Stuart Badger who has always provided an amazing service. Beautiful design, fast service, always responds and great after service. I highly recommend you use his services and Magnet Kensington which is located in a fantastic location and easy parking around. “The best tile showroom in the area. We were looking for tiles for my parents’ new bathroom and kitchen and were struggling to find nice designs, this place has a huge selection! The staff were great with both helping us to choose and work out the quantities needed. We had to take some back and change to a smaller tile and they were happy to exchange them for us. Special thanks to Georgina for being so helpful.... great service all round.”

“We love our Wren kitchen! Our designer, Nathan made the whole process completely seamless and enjoyable. He took a lot of time and care with us when designing our kitchen and was very patient with all of our questions. His background in construction was noticed as he was very knowledgeable when giving advice with our build (we were knocking down walls and reconfiguring piping as part of our kitchen design). All of the staff that we dealt with at Wren were very professional and helpful, including Humza and Darcy. We used our own fitters and had no problems with the installation as instructions were clear.”

“There was a young asian man worked off his feet this morning 6/7/25, I just wanted to show appreciation as he was working alone on the till and stayed calm and kind even when customers were rude about waiting. “Very helpful company, I'd ordered the wrong item and after emailing them they replied very fast (within minutes!) and had sorted the refund and exchanged it for the item I had intended to buy. Thanks very much to the helpful Sarah for fixing my mistake so rapidly! Delivery time was as stated and I'm very happy with the xbox console I ordered, I'd never heard of this company so I was apprehensive about ordering but all was good and my son will be very happy on Christmas day! “Really big complex. Clothes stores, very fast Argos service,wide range of products great meat counter, bread,cake and sushi counters. Wide range of beer, spirits. A lot of space in aslies which helps with easy shopping. Plenty of parking space and very good bus transport links. Buses can drop of inside Sainsbury's car park or outside stores. In store order collection. Best local Sainsbury's for a full shopping week. Plenty of cash outs and self service. Hardly any ques at checkouts. Clean,bright and refreshing place to shop. Staff always available for help or support. Shelf's well stocked. A lot of economic products on sale. Really worth an experience.”

“Purchased a tumble dryer that stopped working and manufacturer was proving unhelpful and impossible to communicate with. Had to go into the store in Friern Bridge retail park to get help. The matter was resolved by the brilliant Salma who went out of her way to get the faulty dryer written off and replaced. Her time and effort mean I left the store very happy. “Updated. I've been here more than a couple of times for one reason or another throughout the years. A whole lot hasn't changed in general to be honest but they have a large range in what you'd expect from a electrical retailer from both sides. The place itself is located within the 'Stone Lake Retail Park' which caters to other branded stores BUT one note to mention, you can only park here for 75 minutes but if you purchase anything from one of these stores, you can tell the store to put you on the list that excludes you from a fine if you've spent more than the allocated time given here. Staff have always been helpful when asked. Isn't a bad place to shop if you want to see a certain product in person. --- A whole range of home appliances and electronics. Staff were helpful when needed. Recommended.”

“Adil was helpful in processing a refund for us for a faulty item delivered from an online order after we had arranged a collection but DPD failed to collect. We could see the store was very busy at the end of a long day and he still took the time to help us when we needed it, despite it not being something they can usually help with in store. The staff deserve more support and a better working environment, it seemed understaffed for a busy Christmas period and there didn’t seem to be much help or managerial support for them.”

“I’ll always remember how great the service was four years ago, during lockdown. I’d been mucked about by the telephone customer service and given wrong details by someone who refused to take any responsibility for my query, but the guy at the Colliers Wood branch spotted my frustration and went above and beyond to sort matters out. “I have not been to a Currys store in ages but I love this one. All the staff say hello and are knowledgeable. I recycled my mobiles and batteries, bit weird that you don't put it in a bin but on a random counter. If you are gamer, techie or need to upgrade your phone or laptop definitely come here. There are dedicated stations for Microsoft, Apple, Google and gaming. You can also get air fryers and other electronics. They also offer repair and support. They have great deals here.”

Most have no knowledge of their products except for one young girl Kat was very knowledgeable and very helpful and steered us the right direction. “What can I say ...anytime.i have any problems on my car ...they are my first point of call....the new shop looks absolutely amazing. Hamid saw the confused look on my face as I wasn't sure what exactly I needed for my car ...he guided me through slowly step by step of what needs to be done ...it turned out in needed to pump my tyre pressure and also change two headlights one front and one back. I felt really stupid but Humid made me feel so special and explained that it's OK and that I've learned him some life skills for a motor....I felt very grateful after my experience in this great store....with a great team. Keep it up guys”
