βAlways nervous about leaving my house bunny, Lewis, with strangers, I asked many questions prior to booking, all of which were answered promptly with lots of patience and understanding. I was delighted that Dovecote were happy to meet my specific requirements for Lewis's care, and felt reassured about their close relationship with the local vet - just in case! When we dropped Lewis off Bryony was friendly and enthusiastic, and put me at ease. I was thrilled to recieve a text that evening confirming that Lewis had settled in well, and further texts and a photo on email during the week that made it much easier for me to enjoy my holiday guilt free. On collection Lewis was freshly cleaned out, and looking very happy and well cared for, it really was a home from home. He also settled in very quickly when we got him back home, where normally he would be a bit mardy and make us suffer for a few days for leaving him. I can only assume that he enjoyed his holiday too, and I will definately be taking him back to Dovecote for our next break. All in all, a huge relief, and highly recommended.β

βStayed here recently for Download Festival. Excellent all rounder, rooms could do with air con but the fan provided definitely helped. I will definitely stay here again for the festival. The on site facilities exceptional. Also one of the quietest places Iβve stayed which surprised me. Rooms are basic yet really comfortable and spacious.β

βMy familyβs experience was excellent; the team at this Holiday Inn really make the best of whatβs available in terms of the property and service provided A complimentary drink was offered whilst waiting to check (we arrived at a busy time, around 3:30pm), which was welcoming. All staff members who we met were friendly and attentive. Food served in the restaurant and at breakfast was good quality. I will recommend this hotel as a stopover point for anyone needing an overnight break whilst travelling between north/south.β

βThe staff here have been amazing. I stayed 2 nights with my daughter while my partner is in the hospital nearby and I have no complaints at all. The room was clean, comfortable and had brilliant accessibility for disabled person. The room had plenty of space around it and the bathroom was a fully kitted out wet room with folding seat and lowered sink. I felt seen and understood by the staff and they were very accommodating to the point that I wanted some scissors for a craft project and they found me some straight away. I would definitely stay again.β

βWe only used this Travelodge for a overnight stay ,due to coming to Nottingham for a medical appointment. It was nice that there was a local pub next door did a lovely carvery on Sundays. Also just a 2 minute walk to the retail park as it was near Christmas it was lovely to look round .β

βThe rooms are a bit dated but that was far outweighed by the attitudes and helpfulness of the staff and the amazing unlimited breakfast which had loads of vegan options. Special mention to the staff member (unfortunately I didn't get get name) this morning (Sunday 9th Nov) who ordered a taxi for us to go to the station and followed up and provided updates when the taxi took a while to come. Θhe is a credit to Travelodge.β

It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience - extremely interesting and informative with no shortage of samples on offer.
