“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

“Have become a repeat customer! Super happy with the service at Mutts n Moggies. We were recommended this cattery by our vets (Family Friends Vets) and they were not wrong about how great it is! My cat had his own pen, perfect given he is an indoor cat and used to being alone. The pen was super clean when I came to pick him up and he seemed content to stay there. Will definitely be using this cattery again! To take this beyond the 10/10 service offered, I would be really keen to see a discount for those with Family Friends Vets, or a reward system where the 8th visit or something is free. But honestly, it is a great service as is for cats :)”

“This B/B was the most perfect location to stay in absolute comfort and attention for visiting Harry potter studio tours, we took our 8 year old grandson and booked the wizardry room as a surprise and when we arrived Marrick met us at reception and he was so friendly and took us to a double room, my grandson was a little bit bored, then he said wrong one and took him to the Harry potter room Elliots face was just amazing to witness, I can only sum this B/B in a few words Room perfect, management perfect, Continental breakfast perfect, location perfect, value for money perfect. “I always board my cat here whenever I travel. They always accommodate my cats' needs and are very friendly. If for some reason my flight was delayed and I had to collect my cat the next day, they are very understanding and reasonable. The owner, Nicola, is kind and approachable. My cats do well here. “I love this pub alot, great owner/bar staff, great atmosphere, old fashioned with beams n' all, fireplace, nice garden, a pool table and a jukebox. My only complaint is that there isn't a free cash machine in there because its cash only, I have to go to the local tesco just to get some out and have a drink”

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

There is a supermarket and a Tesco near which makes it easy if you may want a late night snack or simply forgot to pack. The restaurants in the area are really nice. Mezimso food was amazing. “Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. “Very clean, bright, warm, in a great location for the nearby tube station (5 minutes walk away) with helpful staff accessible 24/7. My apartment had a bedroom, kitchen/living/dining area, decent sized bathroom and I felt it was much better value than an hotel. All necessary facilities provided: hairdryer, ironing board and iron and in the kitchen a good sized fridge, a cooker and microwave. Although it was central, it wasn't noisy. I always travel with earplugs, but didn't need them. The mattress was comfortable too - nearly forgot to mention that crucial detail!”

“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local cattery to keep your cat while you are away.”
