“We probably got the best view, we stayed in room 218 which is on the highest floor and positioned at a vantage angle, to see both the building gaps on the further most right, yet to see around the hotel elevated edge wall, (described as a big white metal thing at the end and blocking the view a bit). As seen on my photo, there are floors 2, 1, 0, -1. The Travelodge main entrance and drinks machine are on 0. The Travelodge underground car entrance is on -1, the ramp down to the underground parking lot is sided with red bricks and can been seen on a photo. The reception and some guest rooms are on 1. Most guest rooms are on 2 and there's also an upper courtyard with some guest rooms around it, the courtyard is thin and long so those guest rooms shall have a very small view. See my photo of floor 2 map, of which I got from my guest room door. Please note that the 'choose your room' option is available at £3.50, to ensure a better room view in advance, which is offered immediately after guest room purchase.”
“great hotel , value for money (£72 for one now inc parking was perfect) for what we wanted, 10 min walk to the tube station...2 stops to Gunnersbury park so was idea. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Had a luggage room we could leave our bags and checked in after the event (11pm) Room was clean, had tea and coffee, quiet and had a ceiling fan to keep us cool which was perfect as was warm. The only negative is that the breakfast was too early (finished 8.45am) but we would stay here again.”
“We’ve been in the hotel for six nights and it’s been great! Top service, always ready to help. Very clean and spacious room with all the facilities you need (WiFi, TV, air conditioning, water bowler, tea, coffee…). Big and modern bathroom with clean towels and gel. The location is perfect, not too far away from the center and with nice bars and restaurants around. The only downside, if it’s any, is the breakfast which is composed by too much sugar. We’ll definitely come back!”
“Lovely, cozy hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Litsa is lovely friendly and always there to help! Thanks Litsa!”
“I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is recorded as 2 star, but feels higher. The room I had compared well with a Premier Inn. It was immaculate and well presented. I had very little disturbance and, on the 3rd floor, was distant enough from the road. The hotel is very clear that it doesn't have a lift, so be prepared if you have luggage. All in all, a perfect stay. Thank you.”
“Breakfast was awesome. Eggs sausage bacon beans hash browns. Deli meats and cheeses. Hot croissants and muffins. Lots of tea coffee and hot chocolate choices and juices. Super kind staff. Clean nice rooms. Small but plenty of room. Only note is there is NO AIR CONDITIONING at this hotel”
“We really enjoyed our stay at this authentic London hotel. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Paddington, close to the station and within walking distance of Hyde Park. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially with keeping our luggage safe. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bathroom decor is beautiful. A perfect choice for a short stay in London. Thank you!”
“Your man at the reception is absolutely nice, gentle and helpful. I had several inconveniences prior to my check in and because I couldn't communicate with the hotel on time to advise about my delay my reservation was cancelled. But your man managed to check me in and he also allowed me to stay an hour longer. My stay was a bit chaotic but the service I had from the hotel was absolutely fab. Really helpful receptionist, really nice with people and for the way I was treated I would certainly come back and I will certainly recommend to people I know. For a night stay it deffo did the job. Comfy bed, everything clean and good staff. I can only thank and share my appreciation.”
“St George is an ok hotel with great potential. It would benefit from little improvements but it’s surely better than many in Wembley. Think of it at Hilton minus large elegant entrance and grandeur. Everything works fine and the beds are comfortable. Showers. 3* for my palette.”
“Perfectly located outside Chessington and just off the main road. Rooms were spacious and clean with ample amenities. The restaurant is next door (separate buildings) but only a short walk door to door. Staff were friendly and polite. Would happily stay her again.”
“Really lovely room. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming despite us arriving late. The breakfast was a nicely varied selection. Parking was a bit of a trek but ok.”
“Decent room, good service. About half hour walk to the train station. Ample parking. Quiet despite being close to a busy road.”
“Room is warm. Bathroom is very practical. Breakfast at £9.75 is worth it as it's just a lift journey to it. Hotel staff are helpful. It's good as your left alone by everyone & you can come & go as you please?”
“Really nice accommodation and the rating is a reflection of the value for money as well as the cleanliness of the property. I had a very comfortable king bed, which provided a great night of sleep. Tea and coffee is supplied, otherwise pretty much no frills. Beware if you have a phobia of canines as there are a few dogs. But the pups are harmless, and once they realise you're a friendly, they wonder off.”
“Jack on reception is a credit to your company. What a nice guy, so polite and helpful. Mary at breakfast was a very nice member of your team, chatting about the hotel with her was a nice start to the day. Millie on reception is always smiling and very helpful. I have stayed at this hotel for several years and keep coming back and can safely say thats to do with the staff.”
“Lovely place. When I’m passing by Harlow I’m booking it straight (if it’s free). U can even get free breakfast. I can argue with you if you think it’s not worth it ✌️”
“Great location as we were visiting Camden, so perfect for us with a 10 minute walk to West Hampstead stations. Good bathroom. Tiny kitchenette in a cupboard and reasonably comfy bed. All in all, good value for money and would definitely go back.”
“Perfect hotel, located close to everything. The metro station is right next door and there are plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. As for the rooms, they are nice and clean. Special thanks to Ali for his warm welcome and professionalism !”
“This hotel is situated in a great location whether as a tourist or for business. It is a great shame to hear people complain about the size of the rooms because the management do not try to pretend it is anything different. They all have a separate en-suite and the rooms have every amenity. Desk and chair, clothes, storage, refrigerator, trouser press and iron, television, bath and shower, a comfortable and clean bed and linens and a safe. The breakfast room has everything you need an including freshly cooked breakfasts. The Hotel is situated a stones throw from the great shopping area of Marylebone High Road, Regents Park, Madame Tussaud’s, Baker Street station, Harley Street and the London Clinic. The owners and staff are attentive and caring. Finally, for its location and price it cannot be beaten.”
“Had a really good time here. Spent about 5 nights here and my family and I enjoyed it. We used a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for a family of 5 with 2 small children. The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The location is excellent....right on a few major bus routes making it ridiculously easy to get into the centre of London or Legoland. While they don't serve food themselves, there is an amazing restaurant next door that does breakfast, brunch or lunch, and the hotel is walking distance to a small service tesco.”
“What a fabulous hotel! I'm travelling for work and booked an affordable hotel expecting standard facilities, but I am thoroughly highly impressed! Feel like I'm a million miles away from home, beautiful spa escape setting, surrounded by beautiful greenery, pretty decor and very friendly and welcoming staff! The gym exceeded my expectations, not just a few dumbbells a fully equipped gym with lovely big swimming pool and sauna. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!”
“The owner is so friendly and excellent English breakfast. Very polite and helpful host.”
“We stayed here on our honeymoon and have already booked it for our anniversary. The location is perfect!! Across from the train station, grocery stores, liquor stores and local eateries all very close by. The apartments have kitchens, washers and dryers in the room, which is so much better than having to go out for. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped, so it's so much better than a traditional hotel room. I also cannot say enough about how clean everything is!!!”
“Clean and modern rooms. A bit small, but good enough for a short trip. Little kitchen with coffee mashine (free refill of coffee tabs every day), ceramic field and water boiler. Bathroom is also very modern. The rooms seem to be renewed in the last month/year, because everything felt quite new. It's very well located next to the tube, overground and bus. Also a lot of restaurants, shops, cafes are around. Would come back every time.”
“Great mix grill, food was fresh and tasty! Calm atmosphere. The owners were lovely, they personally welcomed each customer and ensured they are comfortable and having a good experience”
“Very comfortable and close to Hounslow Central station , this hotel is perfect for those who need comfort and fast connection to Heathrow! I love this place ❤️❤️If you are looking for good this is the solution . Thanks for all 10/10”
“I will be staying here again. Small hotel charm. Personal service. Friendly doesn't begin to explain the staff. Perhaps my best hotel guest experience. A well earned 5*”
“A short walk from the tube. Our room was small, but big enough. It had an ensuite with a great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and a decent TV. We only stayed one night, and were made to feel very welcomed by everyone there. Excellent value for money too.”
“I liked the hotel, the service was good, the location is good with a lot of shops around, it was quite , we felt safe and the room is kind of basic but this is still not a pricey hotel in London yes? So for the money-value I think it’s great.”
