I felt a bit nervous and bad going back in because it seemed like a silly thing to make a fuss about for just £2 off, but Farath made me feel it was a reasonable, she was being kind and friendly, which I really appreciated, thank you.”

I have found all the staff that I have encountered here really friendly and helpful and to such an extent that I felt that I wanted to write a review which is not something that I routinely do. I'd particularly like to single out Sunah who strikes me as management and if she is not she certainly should be. She went beyond what I had expected to resolve an issue I'd had where the store wasn't even at fault. That left an impression and I was extremely grateful. They are all great in there and the pharmacy is really efficient and informative too. Can't speak highly enough.”

“Thank you to the pharmacist that helped me this evening, I asked for a certain item however she actually recommended something else for my symptoms, and without asking explained exactly how the medicine works and why the medication I asked for is no good with my condition. I ended up leaving feeling much more optimistic about getting better and so much more knowledged, she made me feel like she cared and went above and beyond to talk to me, I went to the doctors in the morning and felt more hopeful leaving the pharmacy then I did the doctors appointment. And in general this boots really stands out I’ve never had a bad experience with any pharmacy but this one has wonderful staff that want to help you.”

While the reduction in counter staff is a drawback, it's not enough to detract from the overall positive experience. “I just visited the Oldbury store. I have a bad back and it started locking when i was in the store. I was approached by a nember of staff who asked if she could help. This lady was so thoughtful and helpful towards me. She got me some tavlets and water helped me with my shopping. She foumd me somewhere to sit till the tablets worked. She even offered to help me home. The 2 ladies at the swlf server were great too. They scanned and packed for me offered to get me a taxi. It was brilliant to see such kimdness. Thabk you”

Massive car park dedicated solely for asda no other businesses around. Open 24 hours aswell which is very useful. It is always kept in good standards and shelfs are generally always stocked up.”
