“Absolutely fantastic hotel - have been here twice this year as a getaway from Bristol. Stunning grounds and building, staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious, large comfortable beds. Loved walking around the arboretum. Great value for money as room cost includes use of spa and breakfast too. Have stayed during off season and always really buzzing and great atmosphere in the bars, often live music in the Atrium. Would highly recommend!”

“Popped in for dinner Saturday just gone, instantly felt very warmly welcomed. Beautiful place, especially with the fire glowing. The menu & food preparation was explained clearly to us and we were encouraged to have a look around and not stay stuck to our table. The food came out and was absolutely incredible, we both were very satisfied and went home feeling very stuffed. We would definitely visit again.”

“We stopped in for a bite to eat while visiting Castle Combe, and have to say we had a fantastic time! The staff were really friendly, and so helpful. We were able to share a portion of fish and chips, which was delicious. The dessert was absolutely amazing too. Lovely atmosphere, would definitely return.”

“First time of staying here, was absolutely spot on, from checking in to checking out. Already booked again, was so impressed! There is a lift to the floors but also a few stairs too, although I was told and offered help. My room was just perfect. Very clean and comfy, bed was a delight. Lovely toiletries. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc. There was a fridge, what a bonus. I didn’t struggle with parking, yes £15 per 24hrs but it is what it is, I’ve paid lots more in Bath and it was a fair distance to walk to my accommodation. I personally didn’t sample any food. A great place to stay - highly recommend. Thank you to all concerned for making my stay so memorable”

“I had the pleasure of staying at Hiding Space Bath UK and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the warm welcome I received from the staff. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and plenty of thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. I especially appreciated the little kitchenette area, which was stocked with all the essentials for making a cup of tea or a light meal. The location of Hiding Space Bath UK is also fantastic - just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. “We didn’t know what to expect when booking the snooty Fox as this was given to us as an experience 2 night away gift. I can happily say my husband and I had a fantastic two nights stay with the snooty Fox. The reception area for dining area and pub were pleasantly clean and welcoming. The staff were incredibly attentive as well as interested in communicating with their guests. The dinner and service was perfect on both nights. We wouldn’t usually eat at the same place twice while away but the first night blew us away and we were more than happy to return the following night, there are plenty of place to eat around there with great reviews, but I’m glad we ate there both nights. There is so much to see around the area and surroundings. We would happily stay here again.”

“I had a fantastic full body massage with Adriana. She was very sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable, and she helped me identify what might be causing my muscle pain and how I could work on fixing it. The pressure was perfect and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing and restorative. I left feeling refreshed and relieved. I highly recommend.”

“Stayed here a couple of times now. Fantastic service from the moment you arrive. Lovely rooms, great pub downstairs with entertainment, good food/drink selection and loads of board games you can take up to your room. Only a 15 min walk into the centre or a 5min taxi ride. Staff were fantastic. Will 100% stay again if we are back in the area.”

They did everything to make it work for us and as a result, it was a great success. The entire staff was incredible, especially Jenny who went above and beyond. “Had a delicious family meal at The Oakhouse in Axbridge. The Sunday Roast chicken and beef and the vegetarian Wellington were lovely and clean plates all around. It was good that there were also menu choices other than Sunday Roasts available. We also all had desserts, which were again delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We'd definitely go again.”

“This guesthouse is very well-situated, near the center of Bristol, 5 mn walk , located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But the front hall is not very cosy. Only tables and chairs. Maybe you could make this room more warm and welcoming by adding sofas, sofa chairs and some decorations. The staff is very friendly. It was our first stay at this guesthouse and if we were to return to Bristol, we would stay here again.”

“Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Bath. Perfect central location, within 20 mins walk of all the main attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a Premier Plus room, an extra treat, and well worth it. The room was lovely and the hotel quite peaceful.”

Even with the Christmas lights switch-on and the place being really busy, Luke made sure everyone was seated and served quickly, all with a big smile. “Absolutely amazing facilities. Booked for a black tie event, which was really good. Facilities fantastic and second to none. Oy gripe was paying £20 parking fee on top of £220 room booking and over £100 event booking. Psrjing should be validated and included as part of hotel accommodation. Breakfast buffet was excellent the following morning, with good range of continental and English options provided. Would happily stay again again.”
