“We ate on the patio as it was a beautiful day. The food was some of the best we ate while visiting England. Our waitress was kind, courteous, and made excellent recommendations.”

“Lovely location in bathe, out the way enough so traffic isn't a hassle and can park easy and free, but close enough that frequent buses get you onto town in ten minutes. Also a close little cafe that does lovely breakfast. Rooms are lovely and a nice change from generic hotel rooms and the lady that met us on arrival was lovely.”

“This shop is brilliant, and super well kept, I was impressed with the range of items available and the presence of some more niche ingredients you may otherwise be hard pushed to find. Prices are fair and on the mark with (at a glance) many being cheaper than supermarkets. On a personal level I liked seeing full shelves, products faced up properly and generally a clean and tidy environment. Even the dude on the counter bothering to say hello was a nice touch. Myself and fellow chef will certainly be back. Keep up the great work, hopefully you will indeed be friends forever :)”

“An absolutely fantastic venue and staff! My daughter got Married here in December & we couldn’t have asked for more! Everything was perfect & the staff did a marvellous job through the weekend! “We had a wonderful 2 night stay at your hotel. Hotel was great, staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Location was great. Bus stop at the bottom of the drive which every bus went into city centre. Thank you to all the staff.”

“Location is secluded and private yet central. Perfect accommodations for sightseeing and relaxation. The location is quiet away from the very loud buskers but just around the corner from the top spa of the area, the cathedral and the Roman Baths. Apartment 5 was newly renovated, very clean, with plentiful soft towels, comfortable beds, blackout shades and a large assortment of cowshed bath products. Lovely modern bathroom with in floor heating, freestanding bathtub and glass enclosed shower. Felt like a touch of luxury for a surprisingly low rate per night. Only negative would be 1MB internet not strong enough for video or audio calls. But who comes to Bath to sit inside of the internet? We appreciated having guest laundry facilities available in the courtyard. Top notch hospitality and communication from all the staff. We will stay here again.”

“Me and a small group of mates went a couple of months back and I forgot to write a review. But it was great the staff were lovely and Chris made sure our booking in went smoothly. Nice and quiet campsite, of course there’s no power etc but it’s lovely and peaceful, definitely will be looking at going back!”

“We were so surprised to have found this amazing gem of a place to stay. It is more like a boutique bed and breakfast (minus having to get up for the breakfast because they just give you a basket of food that is well stocked and replenished each day so you can eat whenever you feel like it - loved that!). There were a lot of nice details put into refurbishing the rooms so that there was no mold smell at all, despite being over 300 years old! The furnishing and decor were wonderful with an incredibly comfortable bed. I can't say enough about the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, Marie was awesome! They do little things like welcoming you in advance of your stay to make you feel invited and thought of, and there are real people to respond to you when you write back. They respond immediately with a lot of help with any questions you ever have. AND it is in a great part of Bath, really easy walking distance to everything! When I 'googled' the street, it looked a little funky and maybe not very nice, but it was not that way at all, it's a great street! This has been the best place we've stayed thus far in England with a great price for what you get. I can't recommend it enough!”

“Honest and polite pharmacy, with very sweet pharmacists manning the counter. They will tell you how effective certain medications are to your symptoms so you don't waste money buying useless things. Highly recommended pharmacy, this is Bath's gold standard for pharmacies!!! I will come here again in the future for my medicines”

“We’ve just moved out of the area so had to leave Batheaston vets :( They’ve been looking after our two cats for two years, and they’re the best vets I’ve ever had by a mile. Every member of staff we’ve ever met has been utterly charming, helpful, above and beyond. We’re moving a long way and they were unbelievably helpful every step of the way. Thank you everyone at Batheaston vets!! Absolutely brilliant”

“A very friendly practice. The staff are always happy to help, they have gotten to know our dog even stopping to say hi when they pass us in the store. Very nice and professional vets practice. Our dog has a number of allergies and the staff here always make a point of asking how she is doing even if she isn't there with us!”

“First class, we received excellent service, from the bar to the restaurant. We were well looked after, the wine was excellent and the food delicious, can recommend the sea bass as well as the lamb. The food was cooked to order and arrived hot. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, we will dine here again.”

“Lovely rooms and great food! I stayed one night for my mother's birthday and we had a lovely time. The rooms where nice, clean and cozy with a lovely british vibe, when we checked in there was music playing in the room which was a nice touch. I loved the decor of our rooms and both dinner and breakfast were very good. We played some board games at the pub after dinner as well, and this was a peferct location to explore the Cotswolds. Would definitely come back and reccomend!”

“Posting this a little late. It's a nice cosy location to stay in, chose the location en route to another city. The rooms were neat and clean, had all the basic facility and the staff were friendly. The breakfast deal was good value for money and was very nice.”

“Booked with my two kids (10f 7m) and my parents to go in the afternoon on a weekend. There was plenty to do as we walked around the park. Kids never stopped and were never bored. The adventure playground dominates the main field with plenty of things to climb, swing on, or slide down. Other activities the kids enjoyed were peddle karts, climbing wall, feeding the goats, mini golf, and the slip n slide and pools (summer only). They had a great time and I thought it was definitely good value.”

“The room was excellent. Comfy bed and well appointed. The bathroom was bright and clean. Lots of hot water and well stocked. Location was great, although a bit of a walk from the city center and the bus and train stations.”

“Hosts were extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. Cooked breakfast was second to none, with high quality ingredients. Rooms were clean, spacious, warm. Beds were very comfy. Location only 5 minutes by car to Keynsham train station. Plenty of car parking on site. Relatively quiet, despite being on a main road.”

“Love this little gem of a pet shop. Very friendly owners who always go the extra mile. Not a huge shop like nearby competitors so not as big a choice of some items but if you ask, they will scource for you at a fraction of the price. Great shop.”

“Kind, caring vets/nurses that do all they can to help your animal. Transparent with pricing and do what they can to keep costs at a minimum for you. Healthy Pet Club has 100% been worth it too. Highly recommend!”

“Stayed here a couple of times now. Fantastic service from the moment you arrive. Lovely rooms, great pub downstairs with entertainment, good food/drink selection and loads of board games you can take up to your room. Only a 15 min walk into the centre or a 5min taxi ride. Staff were fantastic. Will 100% stay again if we are back in the area.”
