“Friendly independent vet surgery. Have used them for years for all of our pets from exotic animals to small pets and dogs, and they treat every one with care and compassion. I've always got an appointment when I've needed one, they're very accommodating. Always helpful, knowledgeable, with great aftercare and ongoing treatment, plus they get to know your pet, remember their names, and treat them as individuals. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“I have used other kennels in the past but Leconfield are by far the best. My dogs have been coming here for many years now and the care they receive is outstanding. I can tell that everyone who is a part of Leconfield Kennels. are all genuine animal lovers. I have no worries when I leave my little elderly dog, as she trots off with no hesitation. I have also used the grooming parlour and my dog looked lovely after her groom. The lady took really great care of her and did a beautiful job. Thank you to all the team for your care and hard work”

“I have used cedar farm a few times to board my small animals whilst away on holiday. The care they have always recieved from there has been great. On this last visit my rabbit needed a trip to the vets and medication to be given following the appointment. They kept me informed and updated on how he was doing and I was exceptionally greatful that they took him to the vets. The fact they have done this shows they truly care about the animals in their care. I am very grateful for the care and treatment that he received and will definitely use again in the future. “Lovely guest house with very friendly hosts. We stayed in the triple room on the top floor, with a small window and a straight view of the sea. The bed was quite soft. The room was quite warm so we slept with the window open, and the street was very quiet, we could even hear the sea. The shower room was new and the water was immediately hot. The hosts served a full English breakfast, plus cereal: I had the vegetarian option. Completely dog friendly. Great location, right on the seafront.”

“From the moment we arrived at Elm Tree Farm B&B, we were struck by the beauty and tranquillity of the location – set well away from the main road and surrounded by rolling countryside, it was the perfect place to unwind. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with a bed so comfortable it felt like pure luxury. I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a very long time – something I wasn’t expecting but will definitely remember! Breakfast was equally impressive: a proper, hearty full English cooked to perfection, with fresh fruit juice, cereals for those who prefer a lighter option, and excellent coffee. My wife said her pot of tea was just right – hot, strong, and flavourful, exactly how it should be. Gina, the owner, is an absolute delight – friendly, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about running a great B&B. She’s created something really special here. One of the highlights was discovering the private guest garden – a quiet, secluded spot that felt like stepping into Narnia. Peaceful, full of charm, and the perfect place to sit and soak it all in. All in all, Elm Tree Farm is a real gem. We felt truly cared for, relaxed, and recharged. We will definitely be back.”

“Ordered three 5’x2’x2’vivariums in black. Customer service was excellent. Vivariums are excellent quality and go together easily. As they’re quite large, they offer a center support. At this time, I only felt the bottom Viv needed it, but may do all three eventually. I was impressed with the way they were packaged and the care the owners took in ensuring that there was no damage during shipping. Completely recommend this company and their products!!”

“I was early for my appointment which gave me time to play games and help my dog to settle.. The vet took time to let binny investigate her surroundings.. She explained and reassured me about my dogs lumps and her teeth She took time to answer my questions. She had a good approach towards binny who is not normally so co-operative. Thank you”

“Great service as always from Barton Veterinary Centre. Welcomed on reception by lovely staff. Our cat was in for his first year booster and health check and the nurse really looked after him. Gave him a fuss and made him as comfortable as possible when giving him jab. Always happy to bring our pets here.”

“Reception staff always kind and helpful. We have been going every 3 to 4 weeks with Junior our old cat for regular treatment. We see Gyles every time and have had many more happy months with junior due to his excellent care. Hopefully more to come .”

“every time we go into the shop nothing is to much either advice or finding a specific fish or species . they are always very informative and make you feel so welcome. honestly cant recommend Frisby enough. This evening me and my daughter popped in after school mainly for some live foods but she explained we had lost one of our guppys recently we was shown some stunning A grade pairs we couldn't resist so they was quickly acquired . all in all a great experience every time. the prices are more then fair but its more the knowledge that comes with it. we will be back once the new tank is ready for fish also thanks for our little albino plec ;)”

“Vets for pets in Bridlington looked after Wasabi (Bindy) when she was a kitten. All members of staff were extremely friendly and provided plenty of advice for us towards Wasabi's care after she was spayed. Just want to say that Teegan and Jenny were outstanding, they are assets to your wonderful team. If we lived closer we would definitely keep vets for pets as our practice for Wasabi but an hour round trip is just too much for us and Wasabi unfortunately. Highly recommend to anyone living in Brid or close by!”

“A real gem of a campsite situated 40 minute bus ride from Hull city Centre and 30 minutes into Beverly Centre. Beautifully kept site with a lovely wild foul pond in the centre pizzas and pies served weekends during peak time but was closed while we were there. Very secure in and out of the site. The owners were really friendly and accommodating helping us with Taxi information and bus services. The toilets were quite dated and although the water was nice and warm when you turned it off, it was freezing cold standing in the shower units as they were not heated however they are just in the process of building a new shower block which will definitely add Great facilities to the site which is already exceptional. Five minute walk to great garden centre with lovely café for breakfast and a 15 minute walk to the local ship Inn pub we didn’t use those facilities but easy to get there.”
