Assad, the practice manager, and the team are always professional, friendly, honest and you always leave with a smile on your face- whatever treatment you’ve had. We’ve never felt any pain whilst being treated and only necessary work is ever done. Sometimes you may have to wait for an appointment but I know that is because Assad and the team give everyone the time they need and if you are the person in the chair who is taking a bit longer, then you are grateful for that extra time and attention. “I popped into this branch to find a jumper for my wife. As a man, I’m completely useless at choosing clothes, and nine times out of ten I get it wrong. Today, a young lady asked if she could help. She asked what my wife usually likes and picked out a few tops as suggestions. I chose one, took it home, and my wife absolutely loved it. The assistant was amazing. She introduced herself as Louise, and after speaking to my wife later, it turns out Louise has helped her in the past as well. Louise is a real credit to the Loughton branch. I hope this feedback is passed on to her with my thanks.”

“Stayed here for new years eve 2022 and straight away I felt welcomed as soon as I got there, grabbed a drink at the bar & then checked in quickly. Managed to get a bottom bunk for the night and the bed was super comfy! You can also get a (simple) breakfast for £3 in the morning which was a life saver for me on a hangover before brunch. Victor was working during my stay and he was brilliant, taking care of anything I needed help with! Thank you Victor! My pro tip is to remember to take a photo of the inside door code before leaving it on your bed clip & heading out (I almost didn't think of it) and that for check out you have to bring down your linen (luckily I spotted this on a notice on the wall, maybe I missed this info during check in) :)”
