“We stopped there at Sunday afternoon just for one beer because of historical value. However, Kamil, Craig, Martin, Harri, Archie were so amazing and helpful that we spend there alomst five hours. We had such a great time and experince. We also got a option to try historical skittle alley. It was such a fun. So we highly reccomend to vist this place. Thank you for everything Marika, Zuzana and Kateřina.”

“Great staff, close to all, good stay Great location, fantastic daily breakfast and could take things for lunch they supplied disposable boxes! Staff we encountered were lovely. Room very match box size, no mini fridge or fan - needed as was so hot no aircon. Environmentally friendly practices top marks: opt out of daily room cleaning, measures food waste - this is displayed to see in dinner.”

“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in North Queensferry. The room was amazing — spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. The restaurant was another highlight; the food was truly top-notch and worth every bite. If you can, definitely choose a room with a view of the bridge. It’s absolutely stunning and adds something special to the whole experience. Parking is available, but finding a spot on the weekends can be a bit challenging, so it’s worth keeping that in mind. Aside from that, the staff and service were exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this brand: professional, attentive, and consistently helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful location.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Premier Hub in Haymarket. After a few teething issues when I arrived outwith anyone's control. Staff members Jordan and Stefania were indeed extremely helpful in finding me, a nice clean on suite room at short notice. I found all the facilities to be well maintained and clean and the wider access accessibility entery. All in all it made my stay in Edinburgh all the more enjoyable. The aforementioned staff are a credit to the Premier Hub organisation”

“Huge shout out to Lewis/Louis who helped us in the middle of the night navigate the Edinburgh emergency medical services and helping us get a ride to hospital at 0400! Great place to stay with a full kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a lot of room for a European place to stay. The building is beautiful from the outside, and well decorated inside. The front desk is the bar area and check-in was done via tablet and very quick. The host helped us with keys, went over a few things and gave us directions to our room. The bedroom had more than enough light, a big window (not much of a view), a comfortable, clean bed and adequate plugs to recharge electronics. The small bedside lamps were great for low light and reading in the evening. The bathroom was big and had more than enough room for two people to get ready about the same time. The only real compliant is one of almost every European hotel - no plugs for a hair dryer and the lighting is not very good for a woman to do her makeup. The kitchen area had a full sink, enough plates and silverware for four people, mugs, cups, and wine glasses. The refrigerator was very large and the washer/dryer was neatly tucked away in a large cabinet. In the "living room" area was a couch, a chair, small desk with an office-type chair, and a pull out smaller table from under the desk. The Marshall Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. Next to the desk was an armoir that had a mirrored door and contained the iron, ironing board and small safe. Room 205 is at the end of the hall so it was very quiet the entire time we were there.”

“What a pleasant stay! The staff were lovely, the room was spacious, clean and well appointed, particularly the bathroom! The hotel is located a 15 minute walk away from town centre, so it's great if you don't mind a walk. It means the local area is quiet compared to staying in town centre. Would definitely stay again!”

Arriving from a red eye at 6:30am, we weren't expecting to be able to get into a room until later that afternoon but they were able to upgrade us when we arrived for only £20! The room was spacious and modern with a moody flair. Would definitely recommend the stay there.”

The rooms are clean, well stocked and comfortable . The front desk staff, especially Katherine, are friendly and helpful. “LOVE THIS HOTEL! You walk inside and in but a moment you've entered this beautiful, modern oasis...your new home away from home...in one of the world's most extraordinary cities!! The reception desk staff are some of the most gracious and patient people I've had the pleasure to meet and interact with... They set the mood beautifully. My room was on the front side of the hotel and from my modern room the ancient building across the way was a perfect "opposites attract" kind of moment! Everything about my room was quirky, fun, hip, and most comfortable and quiet!! The giant shower was equally decadent and soothing all at the same time! My giant bed was sooooo equally comfortable and soothing after long days of walking all over Edinburgh.... Just saying! The breakfast buffet in the very nice dining room was quite delicious and full of choices that should appeal to even picky eaters. The staff aim to make everyone happy and I think they succeed beautifully! The neighborhood is quirky and the hotel is just around the corner and a short walk from Edinburgh Castle! I highly recommend this well-appointed modern hotel and the great team of personnel who all make it tick with great ease and excellence! Bravo!!”

“Nice and clean room's. Plenty of space to dine and the bar area is reasonably sized. Parking, Plenty of spaces and will fit the larger SUV style car's too. Staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. Pool, steam room and the changing area's all in good order and clean. Can't remember on the pool area but the room's and bar are wheelchair accessible. In house WIFI available. Would I visit again? Yes yes I would. We found it a very good spot for excursions as it's located near the main road's and made the day trips start well. No body wants to sit in traffic at the very start of a day out. Forth bridge and Kelpies are very close by if you want to cross them off your bucket lists quickly.”

Nothing too bad, probably just needs a refresh. Showers were amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. It's about a 5/10 min walk to Victoria Street, so about 10/15 to the Royal Mile. Overall - fantastic for a stay in Edinburgh.”

“First time here. I like that its a bit out of town away from the crowds. Just a 10min drive gets you right back into it. The restaurants, coffee shops, & views out here are great. Room was lovely. The shower was hot & I took a long one with no issue. That's always my fave. Bed was comfy & staff made it every day since we opted out of the discount to skip service. If you like you can & thru give you a drinks credit. But we dont really drink. Also who doesn't love a nice made room after a long day walking around. Would recommend to others who want to visit Edinburgh. There is scaffolding on the building right now. Bit ugly but upkeep happens. Free parking right behind hotel was nice to have.”

But the Dalkeith Road in itself is very quiet. The house is a Nice old (victorian?) building with original architectual elements that are complimented by the newer Addition to the interior. The Hotel is Not your cookie-cutter modern Business hotel but a cozy historic and personal place to stay. The Service was always Nice and helpfull, Our room was very cozy and the Breakfast was simple, cheap and tasty. We would stay here again :) Cheers from Hamburg, Germany”

The staff were all incredibly friendly, the castle is beautiful, and the grounds were fun to explore. I was also so impressed with how accommodating they were for my fiancée who was the only gluten free guest. They truly went above and beyond! The food for breakfast and dinner after the wedding were both great, as well. Lastly, our room truly made us feel like we were in a castle because it was huge and was stocked with robes and slippers. I would gladly come back to the Dalhousie Castle to sleep overnight or for another event!”

“We arrived in town later than expected and were quite tired from our trip. There was a mixup with our room since we didn’t book direct (issue with the website on our end, not their fault), so there was only one bed setup on arrival. Lynne explained what happened with the booking and had us sorted out within minutes. She was also very helpful with questions we had about the city. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, the food was great, but the staff really made this a perfect stay. 10/10, would recommend to anyone needing a nice quiet stay away from the city center.”

“I've used the Premier inn Hub before and I love them. The rooms are small but if all you need in a room is a place to sleep and a place to wash with a TV to chill with at night then that's fine. Downstairs is lovely you can order some foods but they only have 5 items (which I'll add the menu if you want to see what) but if you want to gonout for food ans drink you have alot of choice from an indian up the road to adventuring the old town and a walk across to Princes street you'll find something. They do have a good selection of drinks if your wanting a nice quite night in”
