βThe ladies and gentlemen who work here are always friendly and polite. A very good chemist.β
βChristoforos' customer service has been excellent.β
βI would like to give good feedback for a lady called Sharon who works at the Boots situated at Station Road Chingford London. I was having issues with my advantage card and Sharon went above and beyond to rectify this error for me. She was patient, friendly and very caring. Please can she be acknowledged for her fantastic customer care.β
βI had s prescription dispensed at Farrants pharmacy this afternoon. All of the staff were genuinely helpful and courteous and I didn't have to wait. I really appreciate their kindness and will no longer be going elsewhere. Many thanks.β
βPopped into Boots Balham today and had a great experience, all thanks to lady on the till! I couldnβt find what I was looking for, but she sorted me out quick with a smile. She was super polite and friendly, which made my day. Big shoutout to Shreya for the awesome help.β
βGood chemist right next to the station, I always get my meds here. It's usually not too busy and I never have to wait very long before being served. Last time I collected here they told me that this branch was closing and I would have to get me next batch of medicine from the one in Chimes which is always super busy! How annoying I guess I will be collecting from somewhere closer to home in the future.β
βI had wonderful service at John Bell and Croyden from a lovely lady Rubina and I think she is one of the managers. She was incredibly polite, and helpful. I normally feel a bit hounded by skincare consultants in there, but she was completely different. She asked all the right questions rather than pushing a brand. Real skincare expertise. Her approach made my visit so much more enjoyable. A real credit to the storeβ
βBeen going there for years and never had a problem with staff or prescriptions .the young lady who serves is polite friendly does her best for customers but I think they do under appreciate her .she deserves a medal working with the weekend pharmacist who always acts like she hates being there.β
βLove the triage system I donβt often use the GP and had heard that the Anima was not so good - how wrong could I be, it was so quick and easy and I was given a GP appointment to be seen the same day within the hour . Reception team were so friendly and helpful and it was nice to see a smile at a worrying time. Highly recommendβ
βRadika is always helpful She is always smiling and very understanding.β
βBoots Clapham Common is a pillar of stability in my high-octane life. They consistently have the triumvirate of existence: my specific roll on, my particular body lotion, and the correct flavour of toothpaste. Plus, I can order the essentials online and pick them up with zero fuss, which is the definition of peak human evolution. The staff at the till are consistently delightful, friendly, and efficient. They are truly the best of us. They also, without fail, ask me the one question for which I have no good answer: "Do you have a Boots card?" It is a lovely tradition, like a small, polite toll I must pay to leave with my deodorant. Five stars for convenience, but deduct ten points from my non existent loyalty balance for failing the loyalty test every time.β
βI accidentally left my bag at the petrol station this evening. Full of all my valuables. I don't know the lady's name who answered the lost property phone, went and checked, but thank you so much.β
βI called around 4.30 today to check how late they were giving 'walk-in' Covid boosters and was told 5.30pm. I arrived at 5.15 and was dealt with as soon as the pharmacist finished serving the customer in front of me. I left having had my Covid booster by 5.25pm. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them.β
βThis review is for the pharmacy: I have not experienced the issues in other reviews, apart from one time when they were unable to find a prescription that had been dispensed. I switched from the RiteChem next door as they were unable to fill prescriptions at times due to not having on-site or the ability to order. The staff have always been helpful and friendly in my experience which is generally weekly.β
βGreat service. My only complaint is the customers who don't appreciate how busy this pharmacy can get. When getting my prescription once a woman was complaining about a 30 minute wait time which i feel is perfectly reasonable considering they seem to be short staffed and are already busy with other prescriptions.β
βFriendly staff, had prescription waited about 10 minutes, warm in winter, air conditioning in summer βοΈ.β
βThe pharmacist here was so kind and considerate at a time when I really needed it. He encouraged me to speak up and helped me navigate the tangled web of NHS servicesβ
βVisited a few weeks ago, shelves were empty, staff not happy, no manager for a while. Went in today and they look like they have a new manager who is really trying to turn the store around. More products on the shelves, happier staff. Only complaint is it's quite dark in there, brighter lights will really help to make the store more welcomingβ
βLocated inside the Sainsbury's in Slough, this pharmacy is a handy place to pick up prescriptions as well as over the counter medications. It also has private consultation room.β
βInteresting polarisation of past reviews but I have to take as I find. I was only looking for advice and was upfront about the reason when I popped by. The shop manager was extremely helpful and spent a good 20-25 minutes taking me through all the complications of raw dog food. As a new owner I had some pretty dumb questions but I didnt get the sense at anytime that I had outstayed my welcome. The Owner clearly had a depth of experience (with dogs at least) and was happy to guide me. I would be surprised if you get that level of service in Pets at Home etc but it is a relatively small shop, heavily stocked so if room to push your shopping trolley is a priority, its possibly not the shop for you?β
βI changed to Care Chemist about a year ago after having so many issues with my prescriptions with a near by pharmacy. Care have always been 100% spot on with my prescriptions. They are friendly and actually want to help. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks so much Care β
βCouldn't believe the bad reviews on here. I get regular medication here and it is always available and always ready for me to pick up. The pharmacist is always willing to have a private chat regarding any ailments. I do shop at Sainsbury's so fit pharmacy visit around shopping.β
βLovely service today from Angela who helped me out in the shop! Many thanks to Jonathan for sorting out some much needs medicines at the last minute as well!!β
βThe pharmacists here (led by Manu) went out of their way to source me a medicine which was difficult to get hold of. They are always friendly and helpful, and offer a professional, personal service. Of course it gets busy sometimes, but itβs located in a highly populated residential area so this is to be expected.β
βI came to get the prescription. Was told to come back in 15 mins which I happily did after shopping at Nisa. Prescription was ready, I paid for it and a man looked at me and wished me good health. It touched my heart because I was feeling unwell for several weeks and to hear some nice words from a stranger in a busy environment was so nice. I wish more people would have good heart like him β€οΈβ
