“Two years from my previous 5 star review and there is no change. In truth, my service from LV car insurance is even better. I have been unfortunate to have had two accidents in this time. Both were not my fault but one had to be claimed against my policy because the other party gave me incorrect details of his name and insurance details. LV were simply brilliant and the renewal price quoted to me was very reasonable. To quote the song they are 'Simply the Best'.”

“After a long , very difficult day we found this place by accident. From the outside it seemed quite scruffy and rundown...BUT...The lady on the desk was polite, helpful, and efficient..the room was spacious and very clean, plenty of trafic outside but noise was minimal...beds were first class and whilst in recent years we have stayed in lots of places, I would put this Travelodge pretty high on my list....And I intent to use it again on my reguar trips to the west country...And Travelodge didn`t ask me for a review (unusually) I was so impressed I looked it up and completed this review because I thought this place deserved it....MEL”

“Absolute slice of heaven! Such an incredible and unique house, it feels like you’re stepping back in time. Alan is one of the loveliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He very kindly offered to take me and my horse for a ride with his gorgeous forest pony Smokey. We were out for hours talking away, even stopping at a pub with pens for the ponies. It was a lifelong dream come true, only made better by the pleasure of his company. We really enjoyed exploring the house, every wall has something historic to catch your eye. Going up to the observation tower is a must! Hope to be returning as soon as possible, having to leave was the only bad part. Would stay forever if I could!”

“This was our 3rd stay at 1 spireview empress rd, lyndhurst, New Forest, this is a superb 2 bed apartment, tastefully decorated, and has everything you need for a comfortable long or short stay and will suit a family or couples. It is situated in a very quiet location, and only 2 or 3 min walk from the main high street of Lyndhurst in the new forest. The apartment is run by Angela and Rob via Airbnb. I can highly recommend them and thier ground floor apartment.”
