My dog doesn't enjoy getting wet or being blow dried and this was her first professional groom, but they handled her really well and she clearly felt relaxed, as she was very quiet and didn't make a fuss at all! “The Crown is an excellent place to stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room had been recently renovated to a high standard and was very comfortable. The bar offered a great selection of beers and wines, and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed on a Saturday night, and the lively bar atmosphere added to the overall experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to The Crown for another stay.”

“I simply wouldn’t put my dog anywhere else. I have a highly anxious retired military Belgian shepherd. I looked at many places and Buena Vista is the only one with the staff and kennel that I can have my dog at. I have every trust in the staff dealing with my dog they listen and follow the instructions (lots of them) my dog has started now to pull into the kennels when we arrive. If you want a play with experienced staff that treat your dog as their own then these guys are the ones.”

“We had a great one night stay whilst at the GCR beer festival. Easy walking distance to Rothley station. We had Room 12 which was marketed as having a view but the ‘view’ was just of some dense trees but this wasn’t a problem. Great breakfast in the morning. All staff extremely polite and helpful.
