“We stayed for our friend’s wedding, which was amazing. The staff were all lovely and always smiling, and the rooms were gorgeous. The food at the wedding was amazing. The rooms were lovely and well looked after. However there was a lot of hair on the bed and found on the shower head and inside the bottom of the Dyson hair dyer. The fridge in the room was a nice add, however when we checked out the prices it put us off completely. £3.50 for Pringles which you could get a big box of Pringles at the shop for £2.00. On the bright side, we went for lunch the following day and it was gorgeous. We had strawberry daiquiris for £15.00, which was a bit pricey, but they were so nice that we still bought them. However, if someone is paying to stay, they expect decent prices.”

“Great shop has everything you would need. There is also an iceland in store. Only fault too much stuff in the Isles can't get past. I was using a rollator. Christmas stock is all over the place.”

The function room was beautifully decorated, but the service was the real highlight. The team went above and beyond, with a special mention to Ashley, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the night. I will definitely be booking again."”

“Stayed here a few times for work. The rooms are varied but the last one I had was enormous and very cosy. The cooked breakfast is excellent too, the food was good quality. However the continental breakfast was a bit lacking, better pastries and some more dietary options are needed! I had to ask specifically for non dairy milk (come on, it's so common) and no non dairy options on the table for yoghurt or milk.”

“We had a positive day with our dog here, we recently visited another vet who is mentioned in some negative reviews for here but our dogs behaviour there was very unusual, compared to his good behaviour here at city vets. We wanted to change vets due to peoples opinions on this vets and some negative reviews we have seen, but until something happens to us personally.. we wont try change again. I have experienced both vets and my preference is here. Here at city vets each staff member talked to our dog in a calming, friendly manner, even the receptionist did. He was nervous about going into the room with the vet but they didn’t force him into it and the vet actually came out to him. Communication is important for the owners but it is just as important for the animal who's seeking treatment (no one spoke to our dog in the other vets) The staff’s attitude here really made a difference for our dogs experience, well so I believe. On our first visit here a year ago we weren't as keen, I do think it depends on the vet you get that day, but thats a more personal thing and nothing to do with professionalism. Other than that, they get the job done.”

“I attended an event at The Balmoral Hotel on Saturday, organised by my jiu-jitsu club, and it couldn’t have gone better. The place itself is beautiful and has a real sense of occasion about it. The staff were fantastic – friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do. Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish, and the food was spot on. You could tell a lot of care went into making sure the night was enjoyable for everyone. It’s rare to find a venue that delivers across the board like that. I’d definitely recommend The Balmoral to anyone planning an event or looking for somewhere impressive to celebrate.”

“I went to No. 7 this morning and had a lovely shopping experience. A woman called Rachel did my make up for me. She was so patient and did an amazing job. So often it is difficult to get any advice or help in shops.”

But i have to mention William, he is front of house and cannot do enough for you, as soon as you enter the building this guys is here to help. he is professional and always has a smile on his face. from checking in to sitting down for a meal to checking out he cannot do enough. he is a credit to the company”

“Excellent place to get your last minute shopping. Place was very neat and tidy but one thing that caught my eye was there seemed to be only one girl working. But saying that she was very pleasant and cheerful. Would definitely recommend this place.”

“Great hotel, and I love that it's kid-friendly, with many families with small kids around. Starting with the room, it's a great space. The temperature is perfect – not too hot, not too cold – and it's late October. The restaurant was fine. The food was good, and the staff was great. They had a Halloween event this weekend, and it was the highlight of the hotel. It was just amazing! The kids loved it, and we did too. There was a Halloween disco and then a pumpkin carving with a bouncing castle. Such a great time! I love this event and we will definitely come back for more.”

“Over the years I have owned 5 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Am very fussy as to how they are groomed. Just picked up no 5 this morning looking and smelling beautiful. Absolutely perfect. Girls have a lovely way of dealing with the dogs and more importantly for me, they know how to groom Cavaliers!! Have used in the past and certainly I intend to use again in the future.”

“Stayed here the night before my wedding on the 15th November and stayed the night of the wedding 16th November and stormont hotel went above and beyond for us. Nothing was any trouble at all! The room was absolutely beautiful. Got little congratulations cupcakes to come to also! Was such an amazing stay! wish I could give more stars! ❤️”

“Some reviews have mentioned that the rooms are small, however our room (number 5) was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and it even had access to the balcony/fire exit. The bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was adequate for our needs and the staff were friendly and were eager to help. Our only downside would be perhaps the WiFi signal was weak in our room and was unreliable at times. Lastly, the breakfast from 8-10am is a bit late, it would've been helpful if it was earlier as we were heading out for a day trip first thing in the morning.”

“Good location designer outlet within walking distance 12 minutes from Belfast International Airport Large ASDA across road . Rooms ok depending on were the room is situated can be very noisy if rooms are situated adjacent or above the main entrance”

“Following a minor car accident. I quickly booked a room for the night as I was stranded. On arriving at the hotel I found out that I had booked a room for the next evening and that there were no rooms available. I didn't know what to do as it was the early hours of the morning. The staff in Lisburn couldn't have been more helpful. They allowed me to sit in the lobby until a more decent hour when I would be able to get transport home. Dawn and Natasha helped me to relax after the stressful incident, made me tea and chatted to me during the night. They were absolutely wonderful and showed that they genuinely cared about me even though I wasn't a guest at the hotel. I can't thank them enough. I watched them showing the same kindness to the other guests as they started to get ready for their day. Fabulous ladies.”

“Town house was in a perfect location and in the centre of everything which was great and we're very happy with this. Rooms were smaller than we thought, but overall we cant complain with the price and location. Staff who we dealt with on our 2 nights stay were very helpful and very professional and nice without any hassle.”

“This is a great hotel. We've stayed here before but it was over 20 years ago and I think it was called the Crescent Townhouse then. The staff were great, friendly and welcoming. I have allergies and so asked to have hypoallergenic pillows and this was no problem. I wish I had also asked to have all the bedding replaced as the duvet was down filled but ghat was my fault for not thinking to ask. The free beer in the fridge as you enter the hotel is a lovely touch. You can opt for a discounted room above the bar but we chose not to. There was still noise but this didn't affect us too much. The staff in the bar were also great.”
