“Great pub/bar. Several real ales on. Timothy Taylor's Boltmaker was exceptional. A few Belgian beers in fridge, Duvel, fruit beers. Food spot on. Tried a couple of burgers and they were delicious. Great staff. Overall 10 out of 10”

“Just eaten here tonight as it was recommend by our Air B&B. Seen a few reviews on here stating the service was poor. I've no idea what went wrong, but the service me and my wife had was great. Polite, professional and service with a smile. The food was very nice, especially the pork belly bites appetiser. We went on a day where the Burger was buy 1 get 1 free, which we thought was great value at £18. The burger was nicely made, and we both liked the fact it wasn't "stacked" like most burgers usually are. We could actually fit it in our mouths. We would definitely go back here. Can be seen as quite pricey for some dishes but after the experience we had, I'd pay that again.”

“Visited this place for the first time in several years last night and was not disappointed! No booking had been made, but a table for two was soon provided and the waiter appeared with menus and to take drinks orders within a matter of seconds. Starters of Leek and Potato Soup, and Deep-Fried Squid were served in about 10 minutes and our mains of Lamb Chops followed. If I have one criticism, it would be that the cauliflower was a little undercooked and the cheese sauce wasn't all that cheesy. But apart from that we were both very happy with our meals and the service, and will definitely be returning in the near future!”

“Service was very good, food was excellent and reasonably priced. Had a table for 2 on Saturday evening and had a really good time. Its been recently refurbished and they've done a great job of it. There's the bar area upstairs if you only want drinks or the restaurant downstairs if you're dining out, both refurbished to a high standard. Would definitely recommend paying a visit”

“This was the first time that I visited the Yorkshire Brasserie. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter the restaurant and our breakfast was well presented and very tasty. For the time being there's no on-site parking, although it looks like this will be remedied in the near future. Notwithstanding there is a car park on the right as you head out of town on the A61 Barnsley Road, there is a charge for parking, but it is free on Sundays.”

“Called in this morning because they have started offering Gluten free. Order was taken quickly by a helpful and cheery lady, food is cooked to order, none of this reheated stuff. Wide choice on the menu, and will be offering the Government discount scheme too. A very pleasant breakfast trip.”

“My friend and myself were on a day trip to Leeds yesterday from Newcastle, the weather was atrocious, nether of us were impressed with the Christmas Market, but had seen the menu outside the New Conservatory and decided we would lunch there. The meal was absolutely gorgeous, the extras Mac and Cheese best we had tasted, pigs in blankets also great. The service was brilliant, if I did go back to Leeds I would definitely go back. 10 out of 10 in all accounts”

“We only visited for a meal (Sunday lunch) using a cheap Groupon voucher, but left with a really good impression of the place - so much so we decided we'd be happy to return and pay for a meal at full price. If we had to suggest / say anything about the food, the roast potatoes would be even better with caramelised bits from meat juices, but they were perfectly good just as they were, lovely and crisp.”

“Stayed for 1 night in June. Fantastic location, everything you want in a minute or two walk. Stayed in the family room, absolutely loved it, walked in to a lounge area, then a big kitchen area, followed by a double bedroom. Bed was super comfy, didn't want to get out the next morning. Nice and clean place to stay. Didn't eat dinner here, but had breakfast, which was fantastic. Serving staff were brilliant. Highly recommend a stay here.”

“I recently stayed at the Hotel du Vin while travelling for work, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The room was generously sized, beautifully presented, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with excellent quality and variety. What truly distinguished my stay, however, was the outstanding service provided by Adrian. His warm manner and willingness to assist made every request feel effortless. I would highly recommend the Hotel du Vin to anyone seeking a refined and comfortable stay in Harrogate.”

“Always love coming to toast, has a real local pub vibe, the staff are all lovely (shout out to Kody, Jacob, Mel and George) and can accommodate most sports you want to watch due to the amount of screens they have. Atmosphere is always fun and we really love the quiz!”

“Really nice on site cafe and bar, which is open Wednesday to Sunday. The bar is open 3pm to 8pm and last orders is 7.30pm. We didn't eat but the food looked lovely and they also do takeaway. All the staff are really friendly. Dogs are also welcome in the cafe/bar.”

“5 stars is an understatement for this amazing bar and restaurant! I got a hallumi gyro which was the most delicious gyro I had ever eaten. Everyone I was with really enjoyed their meal. We also had 2 rounds of cocktails which were gorgeously presented in lovely glasses with fruit etc. They also tasted lovely. The staff were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely reccomend this restaurant to anyone! When we got there at 5.30 there were some families with children, however past about 6.30 the atmosphere was much more lively which was great!”

“Lovely meal at olive tree. Friendly service with a warm welcome into a nicely decorated dining area.Special thanks to rumel and safa.. Busy on a saturday evening. We were a group of 6 peoples.We ordered starters and main both.. For the main, 3 of our party had the Steak and each opted for a different sauce option. I chose peppercorn and would recommend this. Steak was juicy and cooked well to a medium rare. Fries were thin and crispy. For dessert I had the Tiramisu . This was the best tiramisu. I tried. I also had a glass of the Merlot this was nice. The toilets were well decorated and flushed effectively. Everything was spot on.. Surely,Would definitely back again..”

“We hosted our annual trade show pre-dinner at the Biltmore Bar & Grill in York on Tuesday, 14th October, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were attentive and always ready to help. Bar service was quick, efficient, and delivered with a friendly smile. The food was outstanding, a wide variety of delicious options, all of excellent quality. Given the size of our group, we opted for a buffet-style setup, which worked perfectly. The staff ensured the buffet was consistently replenished and that everyone was well looked after. I would highly recommend the Biltmore Bar & Grill for future events.
