βShannon is friendly, experienced & does fantastic work. Her ability to reassure dogs is second to none, which means the end result is always excellent. Very pleased. Thanks again.β
βGot my girls matching harnesses, very helpful friendly service, would definitely recommend and returnβ
βReilly dog has been a regular customer at Happy Pet over the years. Great, friendly & professional service and we would recommend Steven and his team without hesitation.β
βExcellent, the ONLY place to buy a vast range of Pet food.β
βExcellent, the ONLY place to buy a vast range of Pet food.β
βVery friendly place, good quality products plus I could bring my dog with me. Owners always try help. Strongly recommend this shopβ
βThis place is a gem! You'll get all kind of food for your dog there, from raw meat, bones and chews to a selection of healthy dried reward snacks. Staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. I visit the shop regularly and get all the food for my dog there. Prices are very reasonable too. They serve for other pets too, but I only buy for a dog so can't comment on this.β
βI had a fantastic stay at this hotel in North Queensferry. The room was amazing β spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. The restaurant was another highlight; the food was truly top-notch and worth every bite. If you can, definitely choose a room with a view of the bridge. Itβs absolutely stunning and adds something special to the whole experience. Parking is available, but finding a spot on the weekends can be a bit challenging, so itβs worth keeping that in mind. Aside from that, the staff and service were exactly what youβd expect from a hotel of this brand: professional, attentive, and consistently helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful location.β
βVery healthy animals well looked after in shop. I recently visited Pets at Home to purchase a new small pet hamster, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent advice on the care of my new furry friend, ensuring I felt confident bringing my hamster home. I was also really impressed to receive a helpful follow-up email with even more tips and guidance. It's clear they genuinely care about the welfare of their animals and the success of their customers. Highly recommend this store for their fantastic service and knowledgeable team!β
βThis was our first visit to the store today as we are soon to become new puppy parents. Your staff member Emerson was absolutely amazing and deserves so much recognition. She was polite and so helpful and knowledgeable and couldn't have done any more for us. Emerson explained all about different puppy foods, grooming services, the PAH app which she helped us download and showed us the welcome offers etc. So very grateful she helped us out. She was able to tell us about her experiences as a German Shepherd owner. Well done Emerson, a real credit.β
βThe staff here are all very friendly. Any question you have a new or exciting pet owned they will help. I have been using this pet shop since I was a little girl and now it's my children's turn. Would definitely recommend here for all your pet questions or new fish or hamsterβ
βReally friendly shop staff who were keen to help us find what we needed. Great selection of pet products available and always some cute fluffy animals to see too. Also easy to access and navigate as a wheelchair user, all level and wide aisles.β
βSite staff are friendly and very welcoming, the site is clean, shower and toilet facilities are immaculate. The site was packed but there was still a relaxed friendly atmosphere about the site. We will visit again on our next excursion north and would recommend this site. To the staffβ¦β¦great work guys itβs nice to see people that understand the value of customer service.β
βI would like to take this opportunity to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Premier Hub in Haymarket. After a few teething issues when I arrived outwith anyone's control. Staff members Jordan and Stefania were indeed extremely helpful in finding me, a nice clean on suite room at short notice. I found all the facilities to be well maintained and clean and the wider access accessibility entery. All in all it made my stay in Edinburgh all the more enjoyable. The aforementioned staff are a credit to the Premier Hub organisationβ
βStaying at Malmaison was a great experience. Arriving from a red eye at 6:30am, we weren't expecting to be able to get into a room until later that afternoon but they were able to upgrade us when we arrived for only Β£20! The room was spacious and modern with a moody flair. Would definitely recommend the stay there.β
βWe were warmly welcomed by the staff. Dr. Justin, who treated our pet, was undoubtedly one of the best people we've ever had; both humane and professional. We left feeling very well informed about the best course of action regarding our pet's illness. Congratulations to everyone on the team!β
βThe staff were great, knowledgeable and helpful, they kept us right and we walked away with a cracking deal too.β
βWe stayed here for two weeks recently and had a great experience. The location is walkable to the train station and the shops and there are grocery stores nearby. The rooms are clean, well stocked and comfortable . The front desk staff, especially Katherine, are friendly and helpful. This location is approximately 30 min from the airport and a taxi is approximately 35 pound fare. Would definitely stay here againβ
βGreat staff, close to all, good stay Great location, fantastic daily breakfast and could take things for lunch they supplied disposable boxes! Staff we encountered were lovely. Room very match box size, no mini fridge or fan - needed as was so hot no aircon. Environmentally friendly practices top marks: opt out of daily room cleaning, measures food waste - this is displayed to see in dinner.β
βHuge shout out to Lewis/Louis who helped us in the middle of the night navigate the Edinburgh emergency medical services and helping us get a ride to hospital at 0400! Great place to stay with a full kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a lot of room for a European place to stay. The building is beautiful from the outside, and well decorated inside. The front desk is the bar area and check-in was done via tablet and very quick. The host helped us with keys, went over a few things and gave us directions to our room. The bedroom had more than enough light, a big window (not much of a view), a comfortable, clean bed and adequate plugs to recharge electronics. The small bedside lamps were great for low light and reading in the evening. The bathroom was big and had more than enough room for two people to get ready about the same time. The only real compliant is one of almost every European hotel - no plugs for a hair dryer and the lighting is not very good for a woman to do her makeup. The kitchen area had a full sink, enough plates and silverware for four people, mugs, cups, and wine glasses. The refrigerator was very large and the washer/dryer was neatly tucked away in a large cabinet. In the "living room" area was a couch, a chair, small desk with an office-type chair, and a pull out smaller table from under the desk. The Marshall Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. Next to the desk was an armoir that had a mirrored door and contained the iron, ironing board and small safe. Room 205 is at the end of the hall so it was very quiet the entire time we were there.β
βAbsolutely perfect city centre location, a stones throw from Edinburgh Waverly Station. The rooms are an excellent size compared to some hotels in the city centre for a competitive price. Very clean room and a nice lounge bar areaβ
βLOVE THIS HOTEL! You walk inside and in but a moment you've entered this beautiful, modern oasis...your new home away from home...in one of the world's most extraordinary cities!! The reception desk staff are some of the most gracious and patient people I've had the pleasure to meet and interact with... They set the mood beautifully. My room was on the front side of the hotel and from my modern room the ancient building across the way was a perfect "opposites attract" kind of moment! Everything about my room was quirky, fun, hip, and most comfortable and quiet!! The giant shower was equally decadent and soothing all at the same time! My giant bed was sooooo equally comfortable and soothing after long days of walking all over Edinburgh.... Just saying! The breakfast buffet in the very nice dining room was quite delicious and full of choices that should appeal to even picky eaters. The staff aim to make everyone happy and I think they succeed beautifully! The neighborhood is quirky and the hotel is just around the corner and a short walk from Edinburgh Castle! I highly recommend this well-appointed modern hotel and the great team of personnel who all make it tick with great ease and excellence! Bravo!!β
βWe stopped there at Sunday afternoon just for one beer because of historical value. However, Kamil, Craig, Martin, Harri, Archie were so amazing and helpful that we spend there alomst five hours. We had such a great time and experince. We also got a option to try historical skittle alley. It was such a fun. So we highly reccomend to vist this place. Thank you for everything Marika, Zuzana and KateΕina.β
βTrip to Pets at Home to get some treats for Alfie, as it's his first birthday tomorrow, 4th August. He does like to have a good sniff around at the vast choice of produce on display. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.β
βStayed here recently for a night and it was amazing. Our room was clean and spacious with incredible view. We ate in the restaurant in evening and Michelle our waitress was so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.β
βGreat Pets at home, is always well stocked with our pups favourite treats. Accessible entrance and plenty of parking too. Joining the pets club offers various discounts monthly which is lovely when you save a little.β
β10/10 the hotel staff is so friendly. They answered all of our questions kindly and to the fullest extent. We had a few questions throughout our stay and either called down or visited the desk. The building is also an old historic hospital which just adds to the charm. Breakfast was tasty, the room was cozy. We would come back for sure!β
βExcellent hotel. We stayed in an executive room after a free upgrade which was dreamy. The rooms were clean and bright, though there's some light staining on some of the carpet. Nothing too bad, probably just needs a refresh. Showers were amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. It's about a 5/10 min walk to Victoria Street, so about 10/15 to the Royal Mile. Overall - fantastic for a stay in Edinburgh.β
βWe were here for a weekend break in December, doing some Christmas shopping, and taking in a show at the playhouse theatre in Edinburgh. This hotel is ideally located for shopping, it's right next to a huge retail park. Also ideally located for commuting into Edinburgh, as there is a train station across the road from the hotel, Edinburgh Waverley is literally two stops away! Breakfast at the hotel was okay, but was really busy (but that could just have been down to timing). The hotel rooms are okay, but if I was going to be picky I'd say that they could do with some drawers for clothes, if you're staying for more than one night, you don't want to be living out of a suitcase. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and if you're looking for somewhere to eat, the food in the pub next door is delicious.β
βFirst time here. I like that its a bit out of town away from the crowds. Just a 10min drive gets you right back into it. The restaurants, coffee shops, & views out here are great. Room was lovely. The shower was hot & I took a long one with no issue. That's always my fave. Bed was comfy & staff made it every day since we opted out of the discount to skip service. If you like you can & thru give you a drinks credit. But we dont really drink. Also who doesn't love a nice made room after a long day walking around. Would recommend to others who want to visit Edinburgh. There is scaffolding on the building right now. Bit ugly but upkeep happens. Free parking right behind hotel was nice to have.β
