“What can i say about our wedding here on 29th July 2022..wow ..amazing. magical..best day of our lives..we booked 2 years ago and due to covid it was pushed back..during this time the hotel had new management and we had seen a couple of negative comments so called and asked for a meeting..all our worries were talked through and we were put at ease..then we booked an appt to meet the new wedding planner pippa 2 weeks before the wedding and knew instantly that she was totally on the ball..she did not let us down her communication was fantastic and she did everything possible to make our day so special..we had no hiccups and everything ran like clockwork. The only slight niggle would be the queue for the bar but we did have a large wedding so maybe at the next large wedding another bar team member would help..but all in all our day was perfect and we wouldn't change a single minute of it. The team worked so hard and made our day special. Thank you to all the staff”

“Staff were helpful, rooms basic but clean apart from mould around shower tray sealant. No remotenfor the TV and not much storage space for clothes for people. Bed was super comfy, music from downstairs turned off at reasonable time for a Saturday”

The parking ticket is in the region of seventy pounds, so please double check The loyalty card program is also a great feature, offering big discounts throughout the year. I've found that it's definitely worth signing up for, as the savings can add up quickly. The staff at the supermarket are generally friendly and helpful, with a good number of employees available to assist with any questions or concerns. However, I did notice that there are fewer counter staff than before, as some checkout lanes have been replaced with automated robots. While I understand the efficiency benefits of this technology, I do miss the personal touch and interaction with human staff. Overall, I had a great experience shopping at this supermarket. The wide range of products, convenient location, and loyalty program make it a great choice for anyone in the West Bromwich area. While the reduction in counter staff is a drawback, it's not enough to detract from the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this supermarket to others and will continue to shop here myself.”

“I just visited the Oldbury store. I have a bad back and it started locking when i was in the store. I was approached by a nember of staff who asked if she could help. This lady was so thoughtful and helpful towards me. She got me some tavlets and water helped me with my shopping. She foumd me somewhere to sit till the tablets worked. She even offered to help me home. The 2 ladies at the swlf server were great too. They scanned and packed for me offered to get me a taxi. It was brilliant to see such kimdness. Thabk you”

“Enjoy shopping here as they have everything I need in one place. 2 floors, upstairs for clothing and general house items, and downstairs for all your grocery needs. Massive car park dedicated solely for asda no other businesses around. Open 24 hours aswell which is very useful. It is always kept in good standards and shelfs are generally always stocked up.”

“Excellent hotel. With spa, gym, conference room, swimming pool and restraunt.. You can even have your wedding reception here as well. Located just outside Bromsgrove, easy accessible by car and public transport. Car park cost £5 per night. ( Oct 2025 prices) The staff were very welcoming, and very polite. The bar area where I had a coffee was clean and spacious. My room was spacious, clean, excellent wifi, TV and tea/coffee facilities and the shower/bath had plenty of hot water. And it was lovely and quite.”

“Brillian .... wow this store to start has really good staff. MICHELLE nxt level running around and doing a fantastic job helping not just me but everyone she could at the self serve. Brilliant staff wise im sure they are all like her as everyone said hi.. I only went in for sandwiches and ended up getting the veg.. unbelievable prices .. potatoes 2kg, carrots, broccoli, sprouts, swede all mix and match 5 for £1.. how can you go wrong... keep up the fantastic work guys... and im not local was passing through.. very busy store too”
