“Had a great stay at this Travelodge! I was in Birmingham for the Commonwealth Games, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. They upgraded my room as I was staying the full week, and gave lots of great recommendations. They went out of their way to chat and make me feel at home - especially being 8 months pregnant! Definitely recommend.”

“Enjoyed our one night stay here, the receptionist was very friendly and we had no issues checking in after midnight. We booked a double bed room and it was actually really lovely, I’ve been enjoying my Travelodge stays and was not disappointed here too! More affordable and the hotels have been so well maintained compared to other competitors like Premier Inn. This hotel has a more modern feeling to it compared to the older travelodges, which I really appreciated. NOTE: Video below is after our stay of the room hence the bedding is not done up!”

“Excellent place to shop for all your house hold and garden items..bit disappointing that I couldn't get a industrial chrome fan here although other choice was available..although I felt disappointed I would still visit this outlet as I didn't get what I wanted at this store but obtained it from one of their other outlet..well worth visiting for shopping or just browsing..”

“This is the second time I've stayed here and both times it was been really good. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was good too. There was some noise outside the hotel but that's to be expected in the city centre.”

“As part of a large church group (20+) attending a Christian conference nearby we booked into this hotel for our three night stay. A number of the rooms are being upgraded which put pressure on the staff. However, every single request we made to the staff was met with a smile and impressive attitude to ensure our stay was as positive as possible. I cannot thank the staff enough. My wife and I were so impressed with their friendly customer service attitude. I would highly recommend staying here and hope that their employers appreciate them. She walked us through our plans for the day and asked all the right questions in our pre-event meetings to make it perfect. “We had the most idyllic stay in the Old Dairy at Rowley Farm. The cottage was clean, cosy, and exceptionally dog friendly - with an enclosed garden that was perfect for our dachshund to roam around safely. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely welcome pack full of goodies from local businesses, and a very detailed visitors guide that helped us get settled into the property. The bed and shower were particular highlights, as well as the incredible wood fired hot tub. There are lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area, and some brilliant shops just a short drive away from the cottages. We highly recommended a stay at the Old Dairy, and can’t wait to visit again in the future.”
