“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

“Steve was my hero. Our cat Lily was due to stay with our daughter but she was unable to have her. So the day before we were due to go on holiday I rang Steve. We were in luck he had, had a cancellation. Steve reassured us that Lily would be fine, he asked what food she preferred and biscuits etc. Made sure all her injections were up to date. When we dropped her of he took her to her holiday home. Steve kindly let us pick her up a little earlier due to M25 bring busy and his wife Melinda explained how Lily had been, when she had eaten etc. We will happily leave Lily at The Ark in future and found them very friendly and caring. Great value to.”

“Where do I even start with the amazing team at Medivet Kingsbury. I have been using this vets since moving to the area in around 2018 and I have found all the staff absolutely amazing. They will always go above and beyond for the animals they care for. I have 8 cats and 2 dogs which are banned breeds and I have always been made to feel very welcome and my pets have been treated with compassion, respect and care. Lauren and Ross have been amazing since I’ve attended the clinic and always help me out my disabled cat Mowgli who is a regular there for his grooming. I find both the girls to be very caring and kind and they will always go the extra mile to help. Chris has been amazing help with sorting out all my appointments and always shows such understanding and compassion when speaking to myself on the phone. Last but not least the amazing vet Hinnah who I have found to be absolutely incredible. All of my pets are very comfortable around her and I find her very professional and thorough when she is caring for any of my animals. All of the staff at Medivet Kingsbury are brilliant and I would highly recommend these services if you are looking for a new vet in the area! Our two dogs have always made desperate attempts to escape and starfish at the door, pleading with us to not take them inside - they clearly were having a terrible experience, which really traumatised us as well! Then we moved to Chelmsford and WOW, Sabrina has performed miracles! When we pull up outside, they both jump out the car and actually wag their tails up the steps to her gate. We now can leave them without the feeling of terror! Well done Sabrina, you’re a star!! You have proven grooming can be done well. I can’t recommend you highly enough.
