When I've been worried about something I've phoned up and spoken to one of the knowledgeable receptionists and they've given me the best advice. They never try to up sell anything and I think they give amazing value for money. Honestly I don't have a bad word to say about them all!”

“Nice to go to a vets that do not judge you, listen to your pets needs, offer advice on what is best for your pet regarding treatment, no guilt tripping you or forcing you to spend loads of money on pet bills. They even offer a repayment plan when the bills get high & you are on a low income or do not have pet insurance. Highly recommend.”

“Superb experience very knowledgeable and patient as I was in the market for a snake and Adam took the time to show me the stock one by one to pinpoint the specific traits I was after. The whole process was smooth and I wasn't pressured into a sale Adam was very thorough in terms of explaining how to keep & care for the snake & making sure it was right for me. Now I arrived 1 hour before closing time & Adam stayed after hours to build my vivarium and help with anything I possibly needed. Although I was in the market for a snake they have an abundance of other reptiles which are well looked after and it shows! Long & short of my experience is, these guys are top notch in this business & now I wouldn't shop anywhere else other than these guys as you can see it's more than just a business but also a passion and love for these animals.”

What turned out to be a shocking and really emotional experience, was supported very kindly and with compassion and patience by the staff at Roundwood Vets. We were devastated to let our cat Trey go, but he was in very kind hands to ease him through his transition. We are very grateful to the staff at Roundwood Vets and we would highly recommend them.”

“Kim & the team at Funky Dogs are excellent. My mini schnauzer is incredibly anxious and reactive at the groomers and she’s the only person who can work her magic with him! They treat each dog individually and communicate really well with the owner depending on what your needs are. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“Have been coming to Twickenham Vet for many years with multiple cats. Staff are always polite and friendly. Belong to the Healthy Pet Club. Well worth considering, as you pay a monthly subscription which covers vaccinations, flea and worming treatments, claw clipping and 6 monthly consultations.”

They have looked after our cat, Boy, so diligently and with expertise and care for the past few years, through a range of health issues. “Adding more context as it is deserved: The team at Vet4life are fantastic every time we go there with our tripod rescue cat. The practice is always immaculately clean (not easy when you handle animals), the staff are wonderfully friendly and professional and every time we have a question, we're given an answer with patience, understanding and elaboration where needed. “I used to take my Bichon to another groomers and they would just shave her all down (because it was easier and less time consuming) she is 9 years old and I was sceptical in taking her somewhere new. I’m so glad I did! They do a fantastic job EVERY TIME. She comes out even better than I expected with fluffy head, tail and feet, smelling cleaner than ever. I couldn’t recommend enough honestly. “If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The care, empathy and compassion by Enric and the team is nothing I have experienced in London before (in years!). I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. Congratulations on job very well done.”

“We've used Heron Vetinary/Medivet Morden for many years. They've always been very helpful and supportive, providing advice and reassurance. They have health packages available to help cover the cost of care for your fur family. When ours have had to cross the rainbow bridge, they show empathy and send bereavement gifts. They have also provided a grace period for payment. It can be expensive, but most vets are and they will explain all costs beforehand.”

“We had our first visit with our new puppy, Clootie, and were really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience very positive. The vet gave Clootie a thorough check-up and provided clear advice on vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options. The health plan offered by the practice also seems like a great way to support Clootie’s ongoing care. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and look forward to future visits. Thank you!”

“One of my favourite matcha place - Spanish matcha latte is honestly so good. The place is small, so it gets busy, there would limited of sitting options. Bakery is alright but limited options.”

“Needed a covid-19 test for travel at very short notice. Excellent customer service from staff and Neil who administered the test was supper friendly and explained in detail the whole procedure. Rapid results time. If you are flying soon I would defiantly recommend as its better to have a great and comfortable experience than having a bad. So I would strongly recommend this place if your travelling for the Christmas or in the future.”
