Bella was unfortunately given to me at 6 weeks old and wasn’t the healthiest but they brought her back to life and checked up on her with phone calls to see how she was. They really are so caring and brilliant with the animals in their care. I couldn’t recommend enough”

The whole team are always friendly, polite and respectful and the pharmacy is always clean and bright. It also has a very good range of non-pharmacy products to choose from. I was really worried how she would heal or how she would be after her operation and she was totally fine, has healed so well and now have finally taken off the little kitten vest and she couldn't be any happier and healthier. I definitely recommend their clinic. Although it's a charity and it's free I made a small payment towards the surgery as its well deserved. I got a call from the clinic a week after Suki's surgery to check up on her and to see how she was healing and if I had any concerns or questions. Great service ”

Saw a leaflet displayed at the hospital- contacted Shivakem via email as they are my local chemist and I've been going to them for a number of years- within 5mins of my email I received a call Confirming that they are able to help me and I should bring the child straight there. I couldn't be grateful enough as Shreena saved over 8 hours of my life life waiting at the A&E !! The child was seen to more or less within 5mins of me getting him there, after a check up- medication issued! If only this service was available years ago it would have saved soo many hours of waiting and stress for people likes of myself and lesson the burden on the crippling NHS hospital A&E.
