“Over the course of many years we took our cats here to be treated, always had great availability for emergency’s and whenever you would call the lovely ladies on reception give some great advice while you wait for your appointment etc. the whole team are so lovely welcoming & friendly. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the team were just amazing In making us feel relaxed and comfort we were doing the right thing. The lovely receptionist even asked the delivery man outside could he be as quiet as he can because our elderly cat was just inside the door waiting for her appointment. So affordable will definitely bring all pets here ! Thanks team x”

“When we first heard that our vet was called Cesar, we had a few laughs about whether he would be as good as Caesar Milan, the famous "Dog Whisperer". Let me just tell you that he was even better! Phoned on Monday morning and got a Tuesday appointment for our poorly lurcher that fitted in perfectly with our own busy timetable. Cesar arrived ahead of time, well stocked with his kit, and was incredibly personable from the start. Our lurcher is elderly and nervous and though he has never shown any aggression to others I did ask Cesar to bring a muzzle as our dog was tender on palpation (we suspected a pulled muscle). True to his word, Cesar brought a selection of muzzles and took his time accustoming our dog to the feel of it before the exam proper even began. There was a lot of love and tenderness in the exam, with plenty of head strokes and reassuring words so that our lovely dog felt completely relaxed in his hands. We even got a free ear clean thrown in (our bad!) The diagnosis was a sprained elbow for which we were given an injection and follow up medicine plus a comprehensive drugs/rehab regime to follow. We never felt rushed as we sometimes do at our (albeit excellent) regular vet, and being in familiar surroundings made this a much better experience all-round for our dog. The price, we felt, was really reasonable, and although we were offered supplements to assist with future joint care, we were in no way pressured to purchase them. In addition, Cesar examined the supplements I had purchased independently prior to his visit to make sure we were administering them correctly (we were!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cesar to anyone who loves their pet and for whom a commute to the vet's surgery is difficult. Obviously, if there's something requiring more extensive examination (X-rays, MRI's, surgery) you'll have to go elsewhere, but otherwise do give them a try. So delighted with the help we got.”

“Canine Countryside Escape are excellent. They are so reliable and given their professionalism and well staffed team there has never been a day that they haven’t been able to fulfil their services. All of the team are friendly and professional and my dog loves going to them for either walks or day care. His tail is invariably wagging delightedly when they come to pick him up! We’ve used them for three plus years now with no intention of changing providers.”

“What a wonderful place to go to if you require an assistance friendly staff is there to help. I go there a lot for my dad’s regular prescriptions and I also buy vitamins from time to time or healthy food. Generally good atmosphere, great choice , helpful staff ready to advise in friendly manner. I’d like to highlight lovely staff Tulshi, who assisted us with blood pressure 24/7 monitor and results . Also Nila is a great person to ask for an advice. But all staff is friendly. Highly recommended. My favorite pharmacy in Lewisham and London”

“Our cat, Rambo, is a new patient of this vet clinic. We went today for an initial check up and treatment and could not have been more impressed with the service. Rambo usually hates vets but was so calm around everyone there. This is an excellent, thorough and caring veterinary clinic. We feel lucky to have found them for Rambo.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Riverdog - they are the most popular grooming service in Richmond for a reason. Every time Pickle comes back looking (and smelling) amazing - and you know the team really care about the dogs they are looking after! They especially understand different breed styles - which as a Cavapoo owner is the different between a teddy cut or coming out looking like a skinny poodle!! Book well in advance as they are very booked up!!!”

“Bed and Biscuits were kind enough to look after our two pups, gin and Ivy, for two nights whilst we got married. They are my babies I get incredibly nervous leaving them but Bed & Biscuits were so accommodating and the facilities really are amazing. The staff were very attentive to her and made sure that she was fed and watered every day, while also ensuring her room was cleaned and she was given the opportunity to stretch her legs. “Although this review is long overdue, I wanted to share my experience. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.”

We started bringing our sweet Cassie here after she had bad experiences with other groomers - she had become afraid of the whole grooming process. Doggies Furever are ALWAYS so patient with her and they never do anything that stresses her out. It's very hard for me to trust anybody with my dog but I trust all of these ladies without any hesitation. Cassie is hard work, she's strong and very stubborn but they always manage to do such an amazing job on her. We went in yesterday and we were emotional because we had received some bad news about our Cassie - not only were they so comforting and supportive, they offered so much advice. “Having recently had to say goodbye to our 12 year old Northern Inuit, I wanted to add to my old, stars-only review. He was with Spring Lodge from the age of 12 weeks, and the service provided throughout has been second to none. He was a complicated soul, with many issues through his life, and a number of surgeries during which he was cared for in an exemplary manner. Nobody was ever intimidated by his size and appearance which was something we faced a lot in the "real world", even if he was affectionately nicknamed "The Beast" by Neil! The support staff are magnificent.”
