Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “We recently boarded our two guinea pigs with Pet Fayre and found the whole experience to be 5 star. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the animals she looks after so we knew our girls were in safe hands. Reasonably priced. Stress free. Our girls came home happy and healthy and had even had their nails trimmed while they were there. Highly recommend”

“Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner”

“Absolutely fantastic service! Bought our Spaniel in for a full service groom a few days ago. Really lovely and warm reception on entry and felt instantly that he was in good hands! I told Taylor he had been having some ear issues for the past few days and she gave them a full deep clean. As soon as I picked him up he was full of beans & so happy, he looked so fresh and youthful again. He also smelt really lovely! Best thing was he had no more head shaking or ear issues after his groom, such a relief! Can't thank them enough! Great service, beautiful groom and really lovely staff. Definitely recommend. Your dog will be pampered! Will certainly be back. X”

“Do not hesitate to use Kensigton Hounds for any of your doggy needs. Drew is a fantastic puppy trainer. He is kind, patient and full of knowledge. He had so many helpful tips to make the first few months of puppy life stress free for the whole family. Drew always responded to messages and was a fountain of knowledge with any questions or concerns that I had. My dog absolutely loved training with Drew (he also taught me how to carry on teaching my dog with the tips and tricks to keep up the good work) The online store is full of great products and is delivered the same evening. A fabulous, professional team that I highly recommend.”

“I come in around every 1-2 weeks to purchase raw dog food. There is always ample stock, which I have struggled with at other locations. The staff are always extremely welcoming, helpful and always keen to offer a treat to my dogs! They understand pet body language and have slowly made one of my more nervous dogs feel so happy and welcome. He loves a trip there now! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.”

“I went in to look at the different options of dry food for my dog who needed to lose a little weight. The staff were extremely helpful explaining the different foods and what would be best for my dog based on age and weight. I also needed to get her a new harness and they helped me and tried various ones on my dog until one was found that was comfiest with the best fit. Which also turned out to be the cheaper one which showed they were working on the dogs best interest not on making money. It was a good experience and very helpful.”
