“Me and my friends had a great time staying here at Raffles Owo in London. The hotel is centrally located and in a great spot to be able to see the main attractions London has to offer. Our room was spectacular, and we had a direct view of Whitehall, London, where the Horse Guard Parade takes place. We ordered room service twice during our stay and the food was amazing. The burgers they served us were maybe some of the best we’ve ever had (meat was so delicious). The staff at Raffles Owo was extraordinary and there wasn’t even one request that we made which they did not honor. At breakfast, I would always ask for gluten-free pancakes and one of my friends would always ask for chia pudding. Even though they usually don’t serve these items at breakfast at the restaurant we used to eat at, the staff had these items especially available for us all throughout our stay. And believe me, the pancakes were cooked to perfection. I still miss the food that we used to eat every morning at breakfast here. Overall, if you’re debating whether or not to stay at Raffles Owo, I’d say go for it, if it’s within your budget. It’s a bit pricier than some of the other hotels in London, however, very reasonably priced for the location it’s in.”

“I had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The hotel was unique with stunning decor - highly unusual but brilliant. The hotel had made every effort to recognise the occasion - the room was aptly decorated with balloons and a handwritten message on the mirror. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice - a lovely buffet selection. My dietary needs were catered for (gluten/dairy free). The hotel is situated in Islington - a very short walk to the canal. A morning walk along the canal to Canary Wharf and back along the Thames Path was the best start to the day! There are some beautiful spots along the canal to stop for a coffee or bite to eat - these are within a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel - it made a really nice change to stay somewhere a little different/unique.”

“Fantastic store and the staff go above and beyond- I’ve been using them for my cats food and litter since my family moved back to Dorking. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and genuinely love what they do. I took my cat In with me once to pick up food and he was fussed over constantly. I usually go in store but due to isolating this week I did an online order. Sadly however the delivery company does not meet the standards of the store and didn’t attempt to deliver it to my address when they said they had. After contacting the company via the website the admin staff very kindly arranged with the store without a prompt from me to personally deliver a new order to my door later that day. Not only this but Sophie let us know that if i needed anything else for my cat before we left isolation that we could contact them and it would be brought down by the staff no questions asked. Thank you to everyone at Pets Corner Dorking- my cat is very happy to have enough food and fresh litter thanks to your kindness.”
