“Brilliant staff excellent hotel manger checked us in, she is a credit to the company was very helpful and help us to find train station even printed of a map for us to get to our location in London”
“I cannot thank this clinic enough for saving my dog’s life. After spending nearly £10,000 at the Medivet, I was told they didn’t know what was wrong and that the only option left was to put my dog to sleep. Heartbroken and desperate, I came here for a second opinion – and it was the best decision I ever made. The vets here quickly identified the real issue: a stomach bacterial infection. Instead of giving up, they treated my dog with the right antibiotics, and within days I saw a remarkable improvement. My dog is alive, happy, and recovering well – something I was told would be impossible. This clinic gave me back my best friend when I thought I had lost him forever. Their expertise, compassion, and willingness to dig deeper made all the difference. I would recommend them to anyone who truly cares about their pets’ lives. They are everything a veterinary clinic should be.”
“I utilise this place multiple times a month due to working in London. They are amazing. The staff are great, the place is always immaculately clean, it's in an excellent location and quite honestly one of my favourite places to stay in London.”
“Helpful, friendly and proactive staff. Occasionally does sell out what I need so I have to try Bexleyheath.”
“This place saved my life while I was visiting. I was seriously sick and the pharmacist knew exactly what I needed. They even sent me to the hospital to get care and get back just in time to fill my prescriptions which were free. I must say boots is a very caring compassionate Pharmacy especially for travelers!”
““I needed an emergency prescription today and Harsh provided truly outstanding service. He went out of his way to ensure everything was ready for collection before closing, which was a huge relief. Thank you, Harsh, for your care and efficiency.””
“Been going here for 7 years, always looked after me and my family. Keep up the great work. Was very happy how they helped my young boy when we were worried about him .”
“The cleanest travelodge I’ve ever seen. Rooms and service areas spotless, attentive staff, close connections to London Bridge, Heathrow and Gatwick. The only small issue I have was I prefer stronger water pressure in the shower and a way to turn on the bathroom extraction. 5/5 well done to staff.”
“The hotel itself was really nice and clean rooms were spacious and pleasant with complimentary tea and coffee. It also had a fan in the room which was appreciated in this weather. Beds were clean and comfy with good pillows. Breakfast was ok with your standard English breakfast but there was no vegetarian or meat free alternative, so just beens mushrooms and eggs for vegetarian options, with cereal and pastries also on offer. The downside to this hotel was the that it seems to be in a deprived area with police seeming to be on call every other hour. There is an Aldi directly across from the hotel but was fronted by drug addicts and homeless however they didn't seem to cause any issues. So overall, not in the best area but I would stay here again but only as a layover for the night with the very cheap price playing the biggest part in that.”
“It really exceeded our expectations! Great design, overall modern and warm feel, very service friendly (early checking and late checkout was possible without a blink), great cafe, free water and coffee available. Really happy and would always come back.”
“The staff was very supportive & helpful. They offer emergency support without hesitation. Thanks to Boots Optician on Loughton High Street in Epping Forest.”
“This must be the cleanest Travelodge I've ever stayed in. The room was immaculate. All the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. A special mention to Martina for her warm and friendly welcome at Reception after my long journey: her patience and kindness were really appreciated. I will definitely be recommending & staying here again”
“We had a very good experience today. We bought a t v but it was too big for us to carry. Johny was sent to help us. He completed the sale for us and carried it to our car. Excellent service.”
“I HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR ALL THE DECENT HEALTH WORKERS, THANKS SO MUCH TO THOSE WHO DID OR TRIED TO GIVE US SOME HELP IN THOSE AWFUL DAYS WHEN WE HAD ILLNESSES IN THE WORLD CALLED COVID.I KNOW THERE IS TIMES WHEN WE RUN OUT OF PATIENT AND LOSE CONTROL OF OUR THOUGHTS THAT CAUSES US TO GET AWAY FROM THE WORK WE MEANT TO BE DOING BEST. I PRAY GOD TO HELP AND PROTECT FIRSTLY OUR BACK BONES GRAND MOM AND DAD'S AND ALL THE OTHER OLDER LOVED ONES WHO NO MATTER WHAT DESERVES OUR RESPECTS AND GRATITUDE'S .GOD BLESS US ALL. HAKAN.”
“Can’t praise or thank this pharmacy highly enough. The staff are so welcoming, professional friendly, have helped me so much when dealing with my mum and late dads medication. Sort all queries efficiently, nothing is too much bother, they genuinely care when helping with your query, it’s a real team effort and would recommend them to anyone.”
“i’ve been a patient here for years and since the switch in management i am delighted to say that my monthly prescriptions are still delivered on time.. i know that i can always talk to them if i have a medication query and they will always help me!!”
“Great for the Heathrow Terminal 5 and for a night before early flight. The hotel is old. But the rooms are clean. People who work here are super friendly and professional, helpful. They helped me and answered ALL my questions. Respect for that! Unfortunately I had neighbours in the corridor who did not give a sh*t about other guests and we're banging doors all night. It's not the hotel fault, so have earplugs just in case. The BEST PART is travel on the POD to LHR terminal 5 at 5am for only 8.25£. 7 minutes and I was at the terninal. Beautiful!!! And the room price was very good for being that close to the airpot.”
“I had a truly positive experience, Arax was very helpful, I had flu like symptoms, and was seen and given a walk in appointment the same day! Much much better than my own GP in terms of care and treatment Thank you pick up pharmacy Could not recommend it enough”
“Very good service, I recommend.”
“I was here on business and overall my stay was very good. It is easy to find, although as I was in a vehicle I had to parkin the adjacent car park which, using the Hotels website's description, was a little confusing but maybe that was just me and next time it will be a whole lot easier. You ask for a ticket with a QR code and then when you go back to the car park to pay, in the morning, you scan the QR code and it reduces the price to £6, which, for London. I thought was a very good price. You enter at the rear of the hotel and slightly weirdly you enter a lobby, go to the lifts at the back and get the lift up to reception. At night you have to scan your room card to enter the lobby but not evening and when I came back there was somebody just sitting on the floor. The reception was great and booking in went smoothly. I went to my second floor room which overlooked the shopping square, which after 1700hrs was fairly quiet and caused no problems. The room was excellent, clean, tidy and exactly as you would expect, with only one slight negative... the toilet needed bleaching or a thorough clean, you could still bad discolouration. There is no loss of star rating as the room was still excellent. After a good sleep I went for breakfast which was adequate, no great complaints other than there is always a coffee machine but Travelodge allows only hot water to be dispensed, which is just a bit mean, considering I paid nearly £11 for it.”
“I like it a lot . I have been satisfied with the service for 7 years”
“John at Paydens in Putney is a wonderful pharmacist. Very knowledgable and incredibly helpful, really going the extra mile to help his patients. Very highly recommended!”
“Excellent service. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. Some lovely products as well. Thank you for always being so lovely.”
“Best place to stay! We stayed there for a few days and the service was amazing, better than a lot of hotels I've been to. Although it was evening, as soon as I called they picked up in a matter of seconds! The rooms are luxurious and definitely worth the price with great facilities such as a kettle microwave, iron and iron board!”
“Small, sweet little shop. Stocks the essentials and the staff are friendly. Had my flu jab done, the gentleman (Christian) who did the jab was super friendly and kind. He explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel at ease. Even though the appointment was after work, I hardly had to wait. All the staff seemed to be very efficient :-) Five stars.”
“Friendly and helpful use most of the time and yout can order certain things via the Internet, not used it since I don't live that far from them.”
“The staff are absolutely amazing. The pharmacy staff especially are communicative dedicated professional whilst also staying compassionate helpful and humane in the face of a lot of pressure. Truly such a lovely and effective team.”
“I've used Whitton Corner Pharmacy for years now. As a small community pharmacy, it's not easy to respond to everybody's wish for instant service or to have every possible item in stock at all times. Having worked in a pharmacy myself many years ago, I know how busy things can get, particularly during colds and flu season, and how difficult it can sometimes be when manufacturers delay production on certain drugs. I've always been treated respectfully and when purchasing non-prescription items, found their prices to be better than the high street alternatives.”
“Should have posted this couple of weeks ago. I was delighted with Liz who groomed my incredibly nervous cockapoo. I would highly recommend and will use again . Liz did a beautiful job of making Rudi look gorgeous.”
