The price is really reasonable, and the rooms are nice and clean – the water’s hot, the shower looks brand‑new, and the breakfast is excellent value for money. The staff are super helpful and made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place; if you’re heading to or from Gatwick you can get to the airport in about twenty minutes by public transport. “I always avoided this Boots as there are fer less products (cosmetics) compared to the one at Canada Square and the staff was always too relaxed and dismissive. But I have to say THANK YOU to Fiz, one of the staff members there. He has helped me in at least three separate occasions: once with a refund, another time with a product change and another time with advice ordering the product I was looking for (its was out of stock for several days in a few shops). He deserves to be praised for his hard work and I’m sure grateful for him being there.”

“We had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Ravenscourt Park) last spring. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean (and affordable), and the location is absolutely excellent. Our group got stuck in London in the Heathrow shutdown chaos, and manager Lenuta at Premier Inn was absolutely incredible with helping us secure rooms for extra nights. She was so kind and helpful. The staff also surprised two of the college students on the trip with a birthday celebration when the extended trip meant they didn't get to spend their birthdays at home. We cannot say enough good things about our experience at this Premier Inn. It's also an excellent location--close to a beautiful park, wonderful cafes, a short walk to the amenities in Hammersmith, and just a short walk to Ravenscourt station, which offers easy Tube access to the entire city.”

The rooms are unfortunately very small and not well equipped for a longer stay but they're very clean and comfortable. The location is unfortunate as there's a busy road next to the place and not many convenience stores around but the metro is only for a 15 minute walk. The area is pretty "diverse", interpret that however you want.”

“Had a really good time here. Spent about 5 nights here and my family and I enjoyed it. We used a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for a family of 5 with 2 small children. The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The location is excellent....right on a few major bus routes making it ridiculously easy to get into the centre of London or Legoland. While they don't serve food themselves, there is an amazing restaurant next door that does breakfast, brunch or lunch, and the hotel is walking distance to a small service tesco.”

“After researching weight loss medications and not being interested in purchasing online I contacted Day Lewis. The initial consultation and subsequent ones are thorough which is exactly what I was looking for as I didn't want to just be prescribed something and left to it. Within the medication cost is a monthly face to face consultation, blood pressure check and weigh in. No hidden extras. An added bonus is a phone call mid month to check in on my progress. My prescriber is a lovely lady who made me feel at ease from day 1 showing genuine interest in my progress. For anyone also researching this type of medication it’s easy to book your consultation online through the website or popping into the pharmacy. The monthly cost is less than the 2 major high street stores offering a similar service, it’s obviously a little more than purchasing online but you receive a personal service and the medication in hand rather than through the post which takes away a lot of worry as to whether it will arrive on time bearing mind it needs to be refrigerated until the time of opening. Having passed on Day Lewis details to others they are receiving the same level of care whether in the Streatham branch or others when they don’t live in the area. A big thank you to my prescriber for her time and excellent level of customer care.”

“I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”

The transfers from airport to hotel and Makkah to madina were included in a spacious car (GMC). I was extremely unsure of whether to use this agency for my family’s umrah after I had read negative reviews, however brother Rauf reassured me that everything would be fine and taken care of.
